I made a Teysa Karlov deck that was a back door into playing Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle + Black. The deck was noticeably really cheap CMC wise outside of the couple rocks I am missing (Lion's Eye Diamond, Mox Opal, Mox Diamond) so I including all the usual black cards including Ad Nauseam. Teysa seemed like a card that didn't really do anything or was a win-more in the Commander slot so as a whim I decided to try out Kambal, Consul of Allocation in her spot and he worked like a charm. He comes out early and in most games he will do a lot of draining early on which also helps when the deck does eventually go for a big Nauseam.
So I took that list I played and decided to see how much I could flatten the curve and increase the early disruption to see how far it could be pushed. Now I know straight Orhzov is not generally considered a thing at these tables and the easy temptations of Esper, Mardu and Junk are right around the corners (This will probably lead to me making a Vial Smasher the Fierce / Tymna the Weaver someday) but I really like how this deck plays and don't mind if it isn't necessarily the fastest it can be.
I think this is an interesting off-the-wall list. It seems like the deck depends very heavily on Nauseam, though. Do you find this to be accurate?
I played 5 games with the old version, 2 of them ended in losses, 2 of them ended with Nauseam and one with some Teshar insanity.
It is a very pick your spot and swing for the fences style of deck, I have not gotten to play the modified version up there but interested to see how it works the old version wasn't running Necropotence, so hopefully that helps take some pressure off of Ad Nauseam. I guess I could find a slot for Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed as a second copy of all these as the one way I can think of to get back instants that isn't [card]Toshiro Umezawa
[/card].
Also thinking of more Eggs for the Teshar side maybe Urza's Bauble / Mishra's Bauble but space is at a premium right now.
The premise of this deck as I currently see it, is developing and surviving until you can resolve Necro or AdNaus to draw a bunch of cards. Then you can cast a bunch of stuff to combo with Teshar, AEtherflux Reservoir and friends to win the game. Kambal helps you keep your life total in a manageable state until you resolve said cards.
Since combat isn't a plan for you, how about Peacekeeper? You can bring it back with Teshar anyway. Dawn of Hope is a new draw outlet that is great with Kambal. It also generates blockers to help keep you alive, and is cheap so it won't hurt your deck's avg mana cost. Karlov of the Ghost Council and Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim are also cheap, great ways to utilize lifegain.
When comboing with Teshar, you'll also probably want Junk Diver.

Thanks for the post, I am unsure turning off Combat is that important and I can't see many situations where I would pay for Peacekeeper.
Dawn of Hope is real interesting and it is definitely something I will have to look into.
I had Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim in the original pile of cards I cut down to make the deck and she might see play, however I think I would be more likely to just get and run a Vindicate, Karlov being just about creatures lessens how much I think I would want him.
So when it comes to Teshar creatures these are the ones that people tend to look to:
Junk Diver is probably the next one I would add because it plays best with Skullclamp and is an artifact as well as a creature. However one of the benefits of taking that Teshar deck and splashing it with another color is that getting out of MonoW allows for the finding of the stuff you want way easier and you don't have to rely on having 7 cards that do mostly the same thing in the deck to make it function, so I went with 3 cheapest ones and the most versatile in Scrap Trawler
So I got some scary pieces that would fit well in this deck over the last few weeks and decided to rebuild it after playing other decks, updated the decklist in the opening post.
Along with some cheaper (both cmc and cost cards) and Dawn of Hope I really like the place this list lives at.
I was thinking about Grand Abolisher but am unsure if I need 4 of those effects seeing as I already have 3. Also Repay in Kind as the one card bigger than Nauseam that can end some games out of the blue.
I think those additions are excellent for your list.
While I do realize that your list is meant to create one really big Storm turn and kill the table, have you thought about Phyrexian Arena and other sources of steady card advantage?
Also, you could probably include Sign in Blood as another one shot draw effect.
Lastly, Plunge into Darkness could work really well with your deck as an additional tutor.
