I am trying to figure out how to build a Green/Blue druid commander deck with trample but am coming up short on the direction on how to build it. The main goal that I want is to use Gilt-Leaf Archdruid and steal other peoples lands and then cast Cyclonic Rift (overloaded of course) and go for the win. But I also want to have the ability to give my creatures Trample and possibly give them a few +1/+1 counters as well so their damage can get through to distract the opponents from what my main goal is. I am thinking of including Craterhoof Behemoth, Thunderfoot Baloth, and Primal Rage for the Trample effect, and Vigor to help protect my creatures from dying. The commander that I'm thinking of running is Rashmi, Eternities Crafter, but not sure if she is the right one to go with. Any help would be appreciated.
Rashmi is fine. She's powerful, and she is herself a druid to try to get the Archdruid Combo online faster, but lends herself to a bit of a different deck - one that utilizes Wilderness Reclamation and Seedborn Muse to try and get more value. There's some oblique synergy there with running powerful enchantments alongside Argothian Enchantress and Verduran Enchantress (as well as stuff like Krosan Restorer, Arbor Elf, Hope Tender, Voyaging Satyr, and friends alongside stuff like Wild Growth), but that feels a bit too crazy. I definitely prefer her to your alternative option of Tatyova, Benthic Druid if you go with a generically powerful Commander who happens to be a druid though.
But for my money I actually think Ezuri, Claw of Progress is the strongest commander for a Druid army.
If you're playing Blue/Green you can run both Wonder and Brawn in the graveyard. There are some other support like limit blockers to one per creature and some support that makes them unblockeable like Open into Wonder
Well, if you want your Commander to be a Druid then Rashmi, Eternities Crafter and Tatyova, Benthic Druid are your two options, and both of them are really good at doing what they do (generating card advantage). I think that in general, both of these cards are probably your best bet as Commanders as a source of card advantage in the Command Zone is huge for a tribal deck that needs to have a critical mass of creatures in play and you can't always have a counterspell in hand for the inevitable board wipe. Edric, Spymaser of Trest would also fall into this category, although generating CA this way with Druids is going to be harder than a "normal" Edric deck that uses Scryb Sprites, Flying Men, and Slither Blades.
The other way to go is to put those cards into the maindeck and run Ezuri, Claw of Progress as others have suggested. As the Commander, you basically get more 'bang for the buck' so to speak for your investment on the battlefield when Ezuri pumps your guys, therefore you have to commit less to the board in order to still have a large board presence.
As for mass-Trample, Kamahl, Fist of Krosa is on-theme, Craterhoof Behemoth is probably the best ever, Ezuri, Renegade Leader will pump a large portion of your army that is Elvish (there is a lot of overlap between Druids and Elves), and good old Brawn in the graveyard does wonders (pun intended).

Though a lot of druids are elves so maybe Edric, Spymaster of Trest or Ezuri, Claw of Progress could work.
The other cards that works well with your go wide strategy is Tishana, Voice of Thunder.
Also keep in mind that Evacuation, Crush of Tentacles, Displacement Wave, and Devastation Tide could also be pretty good at mimicking Cyclonic Rift. YOu will have to replay your cards but you will have so much mana to do so!

- Of the 157 druids available in your color identity (not counting Changelings), only 18 fail to trigger Ezuri.
- Ezuri provides the counters you want to make your little army of 1 and 2 power dorks actually threatening.
- Ezuri also makes it easier to "turn on" Rishkar, Peema Renegade and Incubation Druid, and does a great job super-charging Viridian Joiner, Marwyn, the Nurturer, Gyre Sage, and Devoted Druid to let you ramp into crazy-strong spells like Craterhoof Behemoth and Finale of Devastation and Genesis Wave.
