If you have sanguine + mindcrank, whenever you gain x life someone will lose x and then mill x. Doesn't seem like a combo.
If you have exquisite + mindcrank, whenever someone else loses life, they'll mill x and you'll gain x. Doesn't seem like a combo
If you have sanguine + exquisite + mindcrank, you'll drain infinitely...and I guess also mill infinitely, though idk why that would matter unless someone has a platinum emperion or something.
Exquisite Blood and Sanguine bond allow you to drain the table infinitely (as soon as you start the loop by gaining life or an opponent losing life)
Mindcrank combos with bloodchief ascension assuming it has enough counters on it. An opponent has to lose life or have a card go to the graveyard to start this.
These two combos do not share any pieces. Adding a card from one combo into another combo will maybe add an effect (like milling or gaining more life)... but since these are infinite combos that win the game there is not much purpose.
If you want redundancy, Vizkopa Guildmage can replace Sanguin Bond in the first combo.
If you want redundancy, Duskmantle Guildmage can replace Bloodchief Ascension in the second combo.
