I have 32 EDH decks, how do I go about linking cards or linking a deck?

If you want the short version, here are a couple pointers:
[card]Card Name[/card] links a card. ex: Island
[card=Card Name]Other Text[/card] links a card without showing its full name. ex: Gonti or Kokopuffs
[card]Card Name|Set Name[/card] links a specific version of a card. Ex: Nicol Bolas vs. Nicol Bolas

You can use the deckbuilder, but I personally dislike it and prefer to code my decks out manually. Here's how to do that:
[deck][b]Commander[/b]
1 [card]Hallar, the Firefletcher[/card]

[b]Creatures[/b]
1 [card]Immaculate Magistrate[/card]
1 [card]Young Pyromancer[/card]
12 [card]Forest[/card][/deck]

And this delivers:

Also, as a quick correction to the above:

In Deck tags, you do not also need Card tags nor do you need "bold" tags. These are automatically inserted. So this:

[deck=New Deck]
Commander
1 Nylea, God of the Hunt

Creatures
1 Birds of Paradise
1 Wood Elves

Instants
1 Beast Within
1 Giant Growth
[/deck]

Gets you this:

OK, that's easier. Is that new? I've been coding decks the same way for years because it was the only way I could get them to work a decade ago. Either way, thanks for correcting me - makes it a lot easier.

I have seen others do it the same way you did above so I assume at some point it was that way? I have never seemed to have had to do that though in the last 3 years I have been posting lists. So, maybe it did change.

Marklen - Don't forget that every tag needs a closing tag to make it work. So, your [deck] needs a [/deck]. And there is a deck tag button right above the typing box - all of those buttons create both the opening and closing tag.

What I tend to do is I'll quote someone's deck list and copy and past,it into a new post and just change the name of the cards keeping the tags intact lol

And Kodama's Reach wasn't showing up (instead, having some extra empty columns) because you need a number in front of each card. You can also preview how other users' card tags and deck tags are coded by finding a post containing them and pressing the "Quote" button. It'll provide you with the forum codes they used within a quote tag so you can see how they wrote it up.

If it looks stupid and it works it ain't stupid.

I am just too time-constrained to do the exercise with my decks, and I know it would frustrate me to always update them.

Near the top right of the screen you'll see your username, hover over and then click "My Account". There is a tab "Profile" and in there you'll find an html section for "Signature".
