Any interesting individual moves you've made lately that didn't turn the game around, but somewhat impacted it, and that made you think "only in EDH"?
For example, in a Jodah, Archmage Eternal deck, I recently "overpaid" for Painful Truths, spending WUBRG to draw five cards and lose 5 life. It didn't decide the game, but it felt good to use an interesting rules interaction and refill my hand so nicely.
I needed to wipe the board - luckily, I had a all is dust in hand - with 6 mana and a mirage mirror in play. C'mon, land. I topdeck...demonic tutor. hilarious, I would have rather drawn any untapped land. I cast it, trying to think of anything to save me, but best I can do is mana-neutral like mana crypt or mana vault. Then I realize that mana vault will get me to 7 because I can turn the mirage mirror into a mana vault and tap for one extra mana.
I still lost a few turns later, but still. Felt good.
I used Reincarnation to save my Omnath, Locus of Mana and all my stockpiled G
It set off a big argument about the card, and a huge spike in cell-phone research as everyone tried looking it up at once.. lol
I discovered a 'secret'interaction in my Mayael, the anima deck (Secret because I never tought of it)
I'd Gruul ragebeast, Vigor and Dragonlair Spider all in play. And one of my opponent had a 13/13 creature. Everytime my opponents played a spell I put a 1/1 insect that fight the 13/13 because of the Ragebeast and then Vigor prevented the fight damage and grant them 13 counters. For my next turn Ive manage to build an army of giant 14/14 insects.
(I still lost to a double turn of the same 13/13 creature hitting my face with protection from green)
Not my play, but I once saw someone play a Slimefoot, the Stowaway deck that won out of nowhere - He was building up a steady supply of tokens but there were enough pillow forts erected that he couldn't really do anything. As soon as a Nekusar player (the only one at the table playing any kind of control/instant speed interaction was tapped out) he cast Golgari Charm, choosing to give everything -1/-1 until end of turn, and in response to that he cast Tainted Strike targeting Slimefoot. Given the difference in power level between his deck and the other ones at the table, it was a pretty out of nowhere victory.
It didn't have protection till that player next turn, where he equipped it with Sword of body and mind
So at that point it was a 15/15.
Playing kenrith twins against a guy who is playing money (like really expensive cards and for the entire game was in control.)
He taps out to get a squirrel nest combo off, however due to a threat of krosan grip, he made 7000 squirrels at end of turn and aetherflux. Turns rotate, next two player do their turn and unfortunately no one has an answer. On my turn he activates aetherflux to kill me. I trickbind. Then use reigns of power to win.
Rakdos Charm against any overcommiting Token deck is always rewarding.
I did Twincast a Villainous Wealth targeting the same player as the original player once. Due to the deck being empty after the copy version the original Villainous Wealth wiffed, the targeted player got decked and i outvalued the caster of the original.
Granted there are enough gy based decks at the table there will always be a window of opportunity to cast Ravenous Trap for free and completely hose someone.
A while back i was facing a classic MBC deck that went for Necropotence on turn 3. Having Lightning Greaves i dropped Angel of Jubilation on my 3rd turn... He paid an aweful amount of life digging for an answer, but didn't hit one. It was rather easy for my Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist deck to punch him out of the game soon after that.
This one's simple. I had a T1 Land Tax out, and like you do, ended up pitching 1-2 to hand size for a couple turns. Then, an opponent played Azusa, Lost But Seeking. So, I stole her with my commander, Merieke Ri Berit, and was able to drop 3 lands per turn twice in a row. Needless to say, I was the archenemy from that point on.

Ulvenwald Tracker does not normally like to involve its fragile 1/1 body in the fights it instigates, but when the opponent is a Birds of Paradise...
Generous Patron goes nicely in Atraxa, Praetors' Voice or any other deck with a heavy Proliferate theme. Here, I'll put a counter on two of YOUR creatures, and I'll draw two cards. Then during my end step, guess what? I'm so generous, you can have two MORE counters and I'll draw two MORE cards! (+more if you choose to proliferate any other opponents' creatures that had gained counters through other means.)
Rakdos Charm against any overcommiting Token deck is always rewarding.
I remember doing this against a Rith, the Awakener deck with a Tendershoot Dryad in play. Guy didn't say a word, he knew he was done. Easily my favourite charm card, it does so much in colours that need all the utility they can get.
My favourite play recently didn't win the game, in fact I lost out to the eventual winner. But hitting landfall with Emeria Shepherd to return Solemn Simulacrum to hit another landfall to return Angel of Glory's Rise, exiling all zombies and bringing back Grand Abolisher. Yeah, that was a lot of fun. Bruna can be demoralising to play against.
It wasn't amazingly great, but it was extremely satisfying. I was playing Norin, the Wary against a decked out Karador deck and 2 other opponents who were mana and color screwed, respectively, for the first 1/2 of the game. I turn 1ed a valakut, the molten pinnacle and pretty soon topdecked burnished hart, trading post, and genesis chamber. Using the myr tokens as fodder for the post, I used the valakut and the hart triggers to ruin karador's day. He couldn't keep a single creature alive (including his commander) for the entire game. Eventually I cast warp world with 40 some tokens and 20 some lands on the battlefield and won, but it was one of the most sastisying baseline plays I have ever had with what, at the time, was about 3 dollars worth of cards (Karador was in the 1000+ range).
My favourite sweet play was to use Phyrexian Tower to sacrifice Minslicer to cast Living Death, returning all the creatures in my hand to the battlefield (including an Ashen Rider) and the Mindslicer itself.
It was not obvious, but by announcing that I am casting LD and using PT to cast it, I don't discard it to Mindslicer's triggered ability. But Mindslicer's ability resolved before LD so I could discard and reanimate my hand.
Just had to hope that Ashen Rider could deal with any good creatures in my opponents' hands (it could, and I won the game very quickly).
I had Phyrexian Tower on the field along with an Archon of Justice. An opposing player wanted to ensure that I didn't exile something important of theirs on their turn so when they had priority, they cast Sudden Spoiling. I responded by sacrificing my Archon to the Tower anyway to get rid of their threat. I know their plan was to get rid of all my creatures' abilities so they could kill the Archon without its trigger going off, but that didn't work out as they planned.
Nicely played, WizardMN. Admittedly, it's a niche situation, but it's amazing how many people don't realize that PT's ability counts as a mana ability, and thus, can't be 'out-prioritized'.
Then played some 2 cost elf that entered as sun titan, which brought back another elf from my graveyard that entered as sun titan. Rince, repeat and I went from no board to 22 sun titans on the field. So far its been my favorite play with Infinite Reflection
Most durdle-y value loops fit into this for me. One of my favorites was sac Reveillark to bring back Imperial Recruiter, use that to go find Apprentice Necromancer. Repeat as needed until you have as many low power dudes as you want. That kind of play is way too slow for other formats most of the time and a decent value engine in EDH.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
I had a play last weekend where I got put to 1 life by the Snake tribal player, so I shrugged, cast Stunning Reversal, and pinged myself with my Talisman of Dominance before my turn. Didn't end up winning me the game, but was still a nice comeback for a moment.

I was fretting over how I was going to deal with an opponent's Estrid, the Masked before it ulted when I had only basic Mountains in hand and an Argentum Armor in play. During the previous player's turn a different opponent got clocked for ten damage and I remembered two things:
