Hey all im looking to basicly take my rat colony deck use marroe nawer ss one my 99.im looking to make red black rat deck commander dont need be rat just have colors. Any suggestions? Pure damage hoard im thinking.
If people are sick of reading about stuff just stop taking part. You have 100% control over what you read. Simic Ascendancy isn't going to get banned just because you didn't tell someone to shut up on the internet.
If you're pretty set on some sort of Golgari or Rakdos colours Commander that could work with a hoard of rats then...
Golgari
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord could work, gets big due to your graveyard being full of rats and with a few rats out they become quite good sacrifice targets for him.
Meren of Clan Nel Toth Always does the same thing really, but since your rats are 3cmc, it will be easy to acquire the experience to get one back each turn, albeit she'd probably draw too much hate for something casual.
Savra, Queen of the Golgari A lot of black rats and some sacrifice outlets means you can keep the board clear while hopefully putting enough rats into play with some ramp/draw
Rakdos wise, for me it would have to be..
Judith, the Scourge Diva. Gives your rats a little boost and means you can pick off certain targets when they don't get through
or
Garna, the Bloodflame, lets you keep your army in hand after a wipe (well..if you don't play against many control players at least) and when she's out gives them haste.
Jarad gives you an ability to close out games, access to green recursion and probably the strongest possible support card in Bloodbond March. I've seen a deck that used it, paired with Skullclamp and Phyrexian Altar to basically dig through two thirds of the cards in the library, eventually ending up looping about two dozen or so rats, and generating enough mana to blow out the table with his first activated ability.

I was literally about to type that exact same thing. Grenzo is all you need for a rat deck. Get a bunch of mana and pull them from your deck.
Grenzo was already named so I would also suggest: Rakdos, Lord of Riots or Judith, the Scourge Diva or Mogis, God of Slaughter could all be really solid.
Hands to the sky
Give a round of applause
For the great Miss Y!
Malfegor could be a way of wiping your opponent's board to push your rats through. Kaervek The Merciless could make for a funny side game.
Or Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest with a sacrifice outlet of choice like Ashnod's Altar to make your army of rats grow.
Note that Mazirek is an insect so you can also regenerate him with a Swarmyard as well as your rats.
Why red or green?
