This depends; are you running guildgates? If so, then definitely; their manland ability comes into play once or twice a game, and some can just kill people. If you are running shocks/fetches etc, then only include the really good ones, like Celestial Colonnade. Definitely don't use monocolored manlands though.
I've never seen man lands do anything in edh besides inkmoth nexus because infect gets you there. Mutavault seems pretty decent in tribal decks.
The main issue is that there are plenty of other win cons for decks that don't play creatures so a win con that works under board clears isn't necessary. Man lands would be used just to supplement an existing strategy (like needle spires in a double strike deck). Definitely an ok win con if you don't want to abuse op strategies.
sometimes yes, some no. Depends, u could use faerie conclave to up your fae count for Spellstutter Sprite or to Champion or have the deathtouch land serve as a bad removal that takes no slot, UR land could be a combo enabler with cards that count activation of abilities, u could use BR land if u have a way to make tons of mana that u probably would not use and maybe equip it...

they're prime strip mine/removal targets, but sometimes they do what your deck needs/wants to do. so, it depends.
Unless your meta is very casual, you should have better things to do with your mana than attack/block with them.
Even as straight up dual lands they aren't that great because they come in tapped.
Deal with it.

You posted in the wrong subforum btw, please look around a bit before you post if you're new.
Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.
