I am very new to magic and my friend who has been playing awhile as Recommend I do a 5C Allies Deck
Only i Don't know where to begin. My friends say i csn look through there cards for commons and uncommon and cheap rares but i need help putting a good deck together. or i could spend at a online shop my budget is about 100$ for that
I need advice on cards for it. out side of the commander i am not sure what allies are worth it.
I like the allies that do stuff when another allies enter the field but i am not sure what ones are not even worth using.
Unless you yourself really love allies, I'd recommend something else for your first deck, mainly because building a 5-color mana base can be a bit complex for a new player. But if you're determined, here's a simple search for allies that I put into Scryfall.

The toughest thing about doing a good 5-color allies deck is the manabase, as RxPhantom notes. My Allies deck is my second most expensive deck (after Kurkesh, which is expensive only because it includes Misha's Workshop), and most of the cost is in the manabase, which is full of duals (original and shocks) and fetches.
If you don't happen to have a lot of the duals and fetches, one solution is to run a high proportion of basic lands along with lots of green ramp cards that let you seek out the lands you need. If you aren't in too fast or competitive a play group, that should still be okay. Mana fixing artifact ramp like Commander's Sphere and Chromatic Lantern are also good.
As to which Allies are worth it, I've worked on my Allies deck a lot over the years. You can see my list on Deckbox, under the same username I use here. It isn't a starting-level deck unless you have a very deep card pool, but I have been very selective on the Allies which make the cut, and it should give you some ideas.
I have a pretty solid 5c allies EDH deck, and like others are saying, the big expense is the mana base. There are a number of threads on these forums where they discuss budget 5c mana bases, I’d look into those.
For ideas on what to include, you can see my decklist here that might give you some ideas.
I recommend that you cheat your mana base to be mostly green, then use ramp spells like Rampant Growth, Cultivate, and Explosive Vegetation or creatures like Sakura-Tribe Elder or Solemn Simulacrum to fix your other colors. Green also gets you color fixing Ally creatures like Harabaz Druid and Beastcaller Savant as well. “5-color Green” is a tried and true method for making the mana work when dual lands and fetches are not an option due to budget.
If you are very new to magic, please do not build a 5 color deck. You will either be over budget or you will have a deck that fails to work a lot of the time.
If you are not committed to allies, tell us what kind of decks you like playing. Do you like being a fast-paced aggressive deck? Do you like having the biggest creatures? Do you prefer playing instants and sorceries? Do you like having one big creature with lots of equipment and auras? Do you like playing with your graveyard?
