I'm new here but not to EDH or MTG. I'm a primarily creature spam sort of player but I am very interested in using all these fun equipment I see people running while taking advantage of the white cards, such as Sram, Senior Edificer that really milk the value out of them. However, I don't want to run a completely mono-white equipment deck. I love running Blue because of all its answers and I was also interested in running black for its tutors.
Tldr: I'd like to play a Equipment-focused deck that has WHITEW and BLUEU.
An include of greenG (for ramp) or blackB would also be appealing to me.
Any commander suggestions or help in general would be greatly appreciated
I trimmed my suggestions so they seemed a little more viable towards your goals:
Sygg, River Guide - The evasion here can be nice. I like the low cost and he can protect vs spot removal by having mana up. Incidentally mana up could also be answers like counterspells so I like that he is cheap and likes playing with some mana up.
Dakkon Blackblade - good size / finisher. He mostly just needs some form of evasion to connect.
Jenara, Asura of War - great stats / evasion and she grows and stays viable as games go on. I played her for years as a sword carrying commander and she does it very well given her low cost + good stats + evasion.
Rafiq of the Many - he is a fast hard hitter. His weakness tends to be that he draws a lot of attention and lacks evasion. Generally speaking you might be fast enough to kill someone fast with him but he sort of lacks a long game that can keep him going even if you tune him up with good cards.
Roon of the Hidden Realm - stat wise he isn't crazy and he does kind of bring a lot of hate to himself for the blinking thing but Vigilance + Trample are nice and a sword bumps him up to a 6/6 which is very respectable. His hardest part though is he draws a lot of hate to himself and starting as a 5 cost commander can make him feel really clunky to recast later for how much hate he brings.
Ruhan of the Fomori stats you say? He has them in spades. Assuming you don't care who you are attacking I guess.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Thank you very much for the suggestions! Many of them I have not even looked into. I will do so and get back to this thread. My biggest thing is I'd like to spam out those equipment. I'm not too sure what would help me do so
Using "partner" commanders is a possible way to go. The reason is that it's nice to have multiple commander you can cast in case of high commander tax from previous removal. The thing with equipment decks is always making sure you have creatures to equip after say mass removal.
There are a myriad of options with partners, too numerious to mention all the match ups, but I 'll just suggest some to give you ideas.
Thrasios, Triton Hero + Tymna the Weaver, will literally put you into all the colors you mentioned, plus gives you two very cheap to cast commanders, meaning targets for equipping early on. The thing with cheap commander is that it's very unappealing for opponents to remove them, as you can just cast them out again fairly easily.
Silas Renn, Seeker Adept + Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa, Silas will give you some ability to get back equipment that might have been removed or just put into graveyard for whatever reason, and Sidar can give you evasion for this, although often equipment will add stats to the creatures so will void this bonus later on. Again this puts you into all the colors you want.
Protection is often the best assets for an equipment deck, and Geist of Saint Traft is cheap in Azorius and once you get bonus equipment on him, his ability to attack into opponents/creatures will be fine.
Daxos of Meletis has some in built evasion and can give you card advantage all in one.
Dragonlord Ojutai just needs to get vigiliance from equipment to be a huge voltron threat. A hexproof general tends to be hard to kill, especially when they need fliers to even block him. Really fill up on the equipment though, because the deck tends to be super oppressive if you include too many counterspells, so maybe avoid those.
Narset, Enlightened Master is my personal voltron deck. She does require prefacing before games with her as being “not That Narset deck” but she is still powerful and plays well with both equipments and auras.
I really like Jenara, Asura of War because of how cheap she is and the fact that she can buff herself up if you have mana just laying around. Having a mana sink in a cheap commander seems really good for voltron. Rafiq of the Many is a crazy strong card and deck for a voltron strategy but I want to keep to focusing heavily on equipments and he sort of wants to go a different route. My favorite from that list has to be Sygg, River Guidethough because he gives himself protection which can help make him unblockable while also keeping him alive from targeted removal.
I didn't even consider the idea of partners- My favorite here is definitely Silas Renn, Seeker Adept because he synergizes with the idea of the deck. I'm not sure who I would want to pair with him. It would have to have white in it. Possibly Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder? I like the idea of Tymna the Weaver because of her card advantage (I loveee to draw) but I would need multiple ways to damage all opponents like Blade of Selves. Suggestions there?
Also, I 100% agree on protection being infinitely important in a deck that relies on one creature doing all the work. Having a commander that has hexproof/protection is so good. I like how cheap Geist of Saint Traft, hexproof is amazing, and colors are what I'm looking for but I think I want a little more from my commander.

This is probably my favorite card so far. It IS expensive though. That many cost is going to hurt if a lot of board wipes start coming down that can't be avoided. The combination of hexproof and card advantage with the added bonus of flying is quite appealing. The large mana cost with the lack of green is the only thing that has me worried. Plus, without green or black, I'm not too sure how I'll be able to tutor for those juicy white equipment synergies. (Creatures like Sram)

I know what you mean about the prefacing. Narset, Enlightened Master is a great way to get people to scoop it up if that deck is completely tuned. I may want to make an actually Narset deck in the future so I think I'm going to stay away from her for now haha. I'm looking more towards the third color being green or black as well which will help me tutor for creatures- something that white and blue aren't very good at doing.
Daxos of Meletis was who I used as my Voltron commander for several years. He has decent built in evasion and card advantage as well as being in good colors to protect him. Not to mention he has a cheaper casting cost and isn't a problem to recast when/if he is removed.
I tried a few equipment decks (both mono-white and Boros) before settling on Rafiq of the Many. He's great. Green for ramp, blue for control, white for tutoring. I run him a bit differently from most people, though. Rather than going for commander voltron and commander damage, I like to get a good saboteur creature suited up and use Rafiq to grant double strike. Knocking everyone out with a sword-waving, double-striking Hydra Omnivore is funny.
