Hoping for a bit of help here. I have been brewing deck ideas lately that use a lot of sac outlets to do heavy lifting.
I am looking to compile cards that would synergize with various sac outlets, by allowing you to re-claim a creature immediately when it hits the graveyard. I would truly prefer re-animation (directly back in play) but back to hand would also be acceptable, just so we have it listed. I think there is tons of combo potential in finding as many of these tools as possible. I am predominantly an Esper Player, But I'm kinda thinking everybody could benefit from a compiled list of the type of tool I'm looking for in all colours.
I am hoping to avoid listing two-card loop shenanigans, I'm not looking for combo solutions to sac outlets, I.e.: Sun Titan + Angelic Renewal... Angelic Renewal is the tool from that combo I'm looking to compile a list of.
EDIT: Gleancrawler (and I'm sure there's a few Gleancrawler variants I can't recall off the top of my head) can return your creatures put into your graveyard back into your hand at the end of your turn. Maybe this isn't what you're looking for though since the effect isn't immediate.
I had not seen Fool's Demise before... Good potential there. Might be able to get into serious abuse of sac outlets that tap by combining it with something like Paradox Engine...
This is kinda why I'm going through this exercise... Don't get me wrong I like the classic Sun Titan and Angelic Renewal style loops but they are getting old. I'd like to dream up new ways of creating these types of loops.

Reanimation is one of my favourite mechanisms, so the more tech I know the better I can do it. I've checked over decklists and found another few corner cases.
Wow, Grim Return is just 1 cmc away from being in the Isochron Scepter criteria. That would have been pretty interesting, cool card none the less indeed
Two more cheap, reactive variants in black would be undying evil and supernatural stamina.
Also Athreos, god of passage returns only to hand and lets an opponent (of your choice though) prevent it, but he is permanent and hard to remove.
Faith's Reward as mentioned is good for recurring noncreatures, but Thrilling Encore is a super-Grim Return that gets not only your creatures back but your opponent's as well.
If you're looking for some janky multi-piece combos, both those cards can be combined with Archaeomancer (and its ilk), a free sac outlet, and something to refund your mana like Peregrine Drake or Palinchron to create infinite mana, etbs, storm and sacrifice triggers. If you'd prefer a combo piece that's less cheesy and more generally useful than those two land untappers, Treachery can be brought back with Faith's Reward to do everything I just mentioned + steal and kill all of your opponents creatures via saccing them (you do need 2 extra nontoken creatures you own in play beyond Archaeomancer to complete the loop using Treachery) while also being a super powerful control tool in and of itself.

Albeit it's not on the spur of the moment Gleancrawler still does have it's uses. Thanks for mentioning it.
If it's 'same turn recursion' there's a pretty small list and you've got most of them. Probably top of the list is Saffi Erkisdotter. Crazy good card.
False Demise and Fool's Demise, Unhallowed Pact, Broken Fall, Lifeline.

Both very specific. Angel has been really good in my bruna build, the deck that just won't stay down.
And seeing Saffi reminds me that Loyal Retainers exists.
I mean if you're doing things like Mimic Vat then The Scarab God, Coffin Queen, there are a whole bunch of these type of cards.
