its good to learn from your mistakes.but i prefer to learn from the mistakes of others.
Crucible is a money card, and it would have been great if you had gotten the Jund Lands deck instead.
Just so you know Commander is not an official sanctioned format so the only way to play it is to find others at the store, but obviously not in a tourney.
I think as long as you are enjoying your deck, it's a good fit. part of the fun is being able to sculpt your deck to what you like doing. My decks are usually not up there in individual card power level, but have good synergies and do weird things, so i like it.
Also, for the negative reviews and whatnot, we're talking about magic. there are ALWAYS negative reviews about everything. Don't worry about it. As long as you enjoy it, it's been treating you well, right? I'm not sure if the pre cons are built for someone like myself, but there are some cards in decks that i'm trying to get too.
it seems like the subjective reality deck is an enchantress deck? i've not really played that archetype before, so i don't really have any decent insight into it.
Subjective Reality is the top of deck matters deck (Esper). If you can find copies of things which let you scry or otherwise set up your topdeck (Thassa, God of the Sea; Scroll Rack; Sensei's Divining Top; Soothsaying; Crystal Ball), you will probably be happy. Some of these (Rack, Top) are very pricey, others not so much. I would be prone to run the alternative sphinx general in place of the planeswalker myself, and to add in some cards that work well with his abilities, but that's something of a matter of taste, the planeswalker is solid, too.
As far as monetary value, this year's decks are well behind the curve compared to most previous Commander decks, and they aren't particularly strongly built to reflect their themes, but from what I've seen they seem to play moderately well right out of the box, with the Izzet deck almost taking a 4-person game against fairly strong customized decks last night.
Ya man, be happy you have 5 crucibles. It's at least $20 (edited after rereading op )
Imo the Izzet and Esper ones are the ones to buy. The Esper one isn't a great decklist on its own but has lots of good cards for your collection. Varina, Lich Queen is a really sweet zombie general and I will totally recommend you build her. You will basically have to make a new deck from scratch though using only a handful of nonlands that work with the theme.
I think you chose well with your precon. Keep those crucibles, they will jump right back up in price, they dipped in X Edition but constantly went up from there. Best thing to do is play the deck, decide which commander you like best and slowly tweak from there. Hope you like the esper control, but remember your not 'tied' to that archetype. Play what you like to do and do a lot of search either on Scryfall or Gatherer of keywords you want to develop. Ie 'top of library' or cmc 7,9,11 ect

Some cards I used to upgrade the top-deck matters/blink:
Soothsaying
Sorin, Grim Nemesis
Temporal Mastery
Liliana Vess
Sensei's Divining Top
Psychic Battle
Not Forgotten
Penance
Volrath's Stronghold
Academy Ruins
Solemn Simulacrum
Noxious Gearhulk
Ravenous Chupacabra
Archaeomancer
Mnemonic Wall
Gilded Drake
Some of these are super cheap, and some are fairly expensive. Your mileage may vary. I'll be playing it tonight for the first time.
