What's your plan for when arcades isn't out? and I think it also comes down to how hard are you going and your own meta. I'm looking at both the chariot and rolling stones to go into a voltron just so I can pile equipment on wall of junk and attack with it.
Rolling Stones is a do nothing card because walls don't really have any power to attack with.
If you equip Wall of junk with Darksteel axe and play rolling stones that means you spent 3 cards and 7 mana to get a very bad creature. Also you expose yourself to artifact, creature and enchantment removal.
I'd rather just play any random draw spell or ramp spell.
Yea you really gotta keep in mind that beyond Arcades and Assault Formation, you don't have any real ways to make your attacking Walls worthwhile. I'm avoiding cards like Wakestone Gargoyle for that very reason.
Honestly, I think the Arcades deck should KISS:
Plan A: Get out a ton of walls and Arcades to refuel, and smack down people with it with or without the help of Tetsuko Umezawa and Sidar Kondo of Jamuura. (Of note, so far only 1 wall in my list (Plumeveil) isn't affected by the latter 2).
Plan C: Combo through Axebane Guardian/Overgrown Battlement and some outlets. Shouldn't dedicate too many cards to the combo, just a few should do the trick.
Plan D: Shields up and try to power out an alternate wincon. (Helix Pinnacle might work, given Axebane Guardian...)

I can't imagine what kind of combo you're imagining with these two. Wall of Glare blocks everything, Wall of Caltrops blocks one and gains banding. Because of banding, you get to choose how to distribute the damage dealt by the creature being blocked by Caltrops, but the damage dealt by the other creatures being blocked by Glare all gets dealt to Glare.

You are, but I'm not really feeling it. It's a very large mana investment for what is essentially a very unreliable anthem. In Bant colours I'd rather play something like Collective Blessing, which is about as much of a buff the Throne would give anyway. There are plenty of options in Bant, especially white, that serve as pseudo-anthems via Arcades that are much cheaper, cards like Angelic Shield, Lumithread Field, Parapet and Stalwart Shield-Bearers.
Engulf the Shore is another card that I think could be very strong. Under most circumstances it's nearly as one-sided as Cyclonic Rift, for creatures at least.

It was late and I was reading the card comments on gather lol..but ignoring caltrops, if you can make Glare unkillable or give it protection from creatures you've got a blocker for a awhile and besides dat flavor text on caltrops....

I think it's important when doing lets brews to realize that it's not one deck that is trying to be made. It's more about coming up with all the different types of directions, so that people can get ideas.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
If we're going for combos, Axebane Guardian easily provides infinite mana with Freed from the Real, and both halves can be found with Drift of Phantasms, on top of all the tutoring you already have in your Bant colours.

Um... both Solidarity and Tower Defense give +0/+5. Tower Defense costs half as much because it only lasts until EOT.

Just as a completely different strategy, you could use his draw ability in conjunction with Arcane Adaptation and Xenograft along with some token producers to get bigger draw engine going.
You'd still play key defenders, but you can mix it up a little bit with some utility creatures as well.
True Conviction is downright scary with the toughness/cc of those Walls. You could use Aetherflux Reservior + True Conviction and straight-up sniper people.
(0/4) + (0/4) + (Arcades) + (0/8 + 1/5) + (True Conviction) is quite a curve. And you'd still be up 3 cards b/c you played your General & drew two cards.
It'd be the first time I ever Aetherflux'd someone and didn't feel like it cheesed anyone out of the game.

If you want to break Aluren, Momir Vig, Simic Visionary is THE Aluren deck.

Arcades has 3 power. Dragon throne is basically a repeatable overrun. Arcades also has vigilance so he can attack and activate the ability.
