I showed to a buddy of mine whose had more experience in the game than I do (He's played 10ish year, me, 1 yearish).. And, he pointed out that this deck has very little ramp, & draw. And no apparent win conditions.. Agree? I like this deck, I think it'd be fun to play but I want some hope of winning. Any thoughts? Suggestions?
I know usual win cons can be cards like Rise of the Dark Realms, Clone Legions, Torment of Hailfire, etc. I'm not really to sure what else but those obvious cards.
Lazav is a weird commander. Outside of competitive circles, he scales really well to what the table is playing, predominantly because his ability ties in to what the rest of the table is doing. In the time I've been playing him, I kind of keep the game plan open and don't tie myself to a specific win won. Granted, my deck is VERY themed so you probably shouldn't draw too heavily from it. But it does well enough regardless. I guess the one big thing you can rely on is commander damage from Lazav, so building in unblockable could be a thing.
End of the day, you're not in great colours for ramp, so it tends to be easier to keep an eye on your curve. Making sure your available ramp matches the CMC size of spells you're casting, and keeping the high end light. I've also found it helps to make sure you can colour fix well. Anything deep into black or blue you want to make sure it isn't sitting in your hand.
Provided that you are playing in more casual metas I've always had fun with Lazav because you can add a bit of mill and then use your opponents wincons as your own.
Fact or Fiction, Brainstorm, Ponder are all good draw options.
If you want to add a combo Mindcrank and Bloodchief Ascension kills the next opponent to put something into their graveyard, which is really easy in UB, but crucially both are worthy of inclusion in their own right.

EDH BRGKresh the BloodbraidedBRG, A box of lands and ideas.
Modern: RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
Retired: Lots. More than I feel you should suffer through or I should type out.

So, I built a deck very similar to this one.

Draw wise, I've had a great time with Bident of Thassa iterations. Drowner of Hope and Shadowmage Infiltrator, and I have an Isochron Scepter package too, with some kills spells and a few that pertain to a draw package - Opt, Brainstorm, Lim-Dul's Vault, Impulse.
Sygg, River Cutthroat is great draw tech for cheap too.
