I would need some suggestions for cards similar to Tragic Arrogance, Cataclysm or Divine Reckoning which leave my commander alive while wrathing the board. Colors have to be black or white (artifacts are also welcome).
Riku of Two Reflections - Copy, then copy again | Shattergang Brothers - Token Sac&Recur | Gahiji, Honored One - Multiple attack steps | Karametra, God of Harvests - Landfall, Creaturefall, Shroud | Ruhan of the Fomori - Stop hitting yourself | Zurgo Helmsmasher - Equipment&Wraths | Crosis, the Purger - Dragon Tribal Reanimator | Derevi, Empyrial Tactician - No stax, just tap and untap fun | Anafenza, the Foremost - Enduring Ideal Enchantress | Sharuum, the Hegemon - Sphinx Tribal Control | Noyan Dar - Spellslinger | The Mimeoplasm - Counterpalooza
Lists can be found here.
Still convinced the guy on Beseech the Queen is wearing a Mitra-type hat. Wake up sheeple!
If you stick to B/W that's kinda limited. Splashing red would help to play something like Razia's Purification or even just changing the commander to mardu Zurgo who loves ALL the wraths
Zurgo has the additional advantage of built-in indestructibility, which kind of turns all wraths into Divine Reckoning.

Wow, great reply, thanks! In order to better orient this thread, my commander is Karlov of the Ghost Council. So other colors won't work.
I really like Dusk // Dawn, not only does it take care of most threats, it also returns my small creatures such as soul warden. Keep the suggestions coming!
In more general terms, Fanatical Devotion is very nice. It protects your commander from non-exile non-Wrath of God boardwipes, and gives you a sac outlet to boot.

So long your boradwipes read "destroy" and not -1/-1 you should be good.
1) A most excellent autocorrect.
2) Totally agree. However if you do beware as it is a deck that is utterly unfun. They won't have fun. You wont have fun. The kids across the street will suddenly stop having fun. But man is the almost anime-esque scene that happens when you attack with Zurgo and use Sigarda's Aid to flash in Worldslayer before damage is almost worth it. This was the deck I considered building when a guy I was teaching started to get to big for his briches.

yea i lnow exactly what you are asking for when you play zurgo. I am building him myself, and I am not planning to be nice.
Kindred Dominance would fit really well in my Samut deck (with a tribal warrior theme).
But lets stick to Karlov of the Ghost Council for the sake of this discussion. The idea is that post-wrath, I can use his ability to take care of whichever single creature stands in my way, thus truly devastating my opponent's board. Are there other cards which can help achieve this goal?
I can't think of any others from the top of my head. Maybe do some Gatherer searches for terms like chooses, destroy, all, except, non, rest and similar words.

Toxic Deluge is the most mana efficient, you can often get Karlov bigger than most other creatures quite quickly.
It's kinda worrying that it's taken 16 posts to get here. Not only is Deluge probably the best sweeper in the format in general, we're talking about Karlov, a deck that not only is quite likely to have the largest creature - given that it's trying to play voltron - but also has a lifegain theme....
I noticed toxic deluge in my search, but I am not sure I want to spend so much for this card. I agree it is an amazing fit for Karlov. I was thinking of using killing wave in its place...

Thanks
Duneblast if you have green. Razia's Purification if you have red. Cataclysmic Gearhulk. Fortunate Few if you can restrict your opponent's choice to your commander. Necromantic Selection might be just what you want. Mass Calcify. Scourglass if your commander is an artifact (play Liquimetal Coating), Hour of Reckoning if it is a token (lol), Crux of Fate if it is a dragon or Extinguish all Hope if it is an enchantment (use Soul Sculptor here, or put your commander on top of your library and return it to the battlefield with Arbiter of the Ideal). Or if your commander is a Gorgon, Hythonia the Cruel, if it is a dinosaur, Wakening Sun's Avatar. If your commander is neither a dino, gorgon, or dragon, play Mirror Entity. Or Kindred Dominance. Austere Command, Dusk // Dawn or Fell the Mighty might also work. And Oblivion Stone, if you can put a fate counter on your commander.
Or, y'know, you could always play Darksteel Plate. Or Flickerform.
