I would need some help finding great free sacrifice outlets (by free, I mean without any mana to activate), with a good effect resulting from the sacrifice. Here are the specifics:
1- The cards must involve a creature to sac.
2- The casting cost should be as low as possible, say under 4 mana.
3- The colors must involve red, black or green (artifacts also, of course).
4- The card's value should ideally be under 2$.
5- The card must be a permanent.
6- I must be able to sacrifice as many creatures as needed in the same turn (thus, no tapping required).
7- The cards will be played in my Kresh the Bloodbraided deck.
Well, there's Attrition which is pretty nice. although not free Spawning Pit gives you more creatures to sac. Evolutionary Leap also gives you some new cards, not free either though Greater Good is amazing if you have larger critters to sac.

Phyrexian Altar is good as well. Haven't looked up the price in a while, though.
While I second Phyrexian Altar as a great sac outlet, it is significantly outside of the OP's budget requirement of $2 (Altar is $36).
Ashnod's Altar comes much closer to his budget (around $3) for a similar card.
High Market also fits most of the requirements - free to activate, no casting cost, repeatable, only $0.75. You are limited to only one creature per turn because of the tap, but as a land, it is less likely to die than artifacts or creatures.
Perilous Forays costs five mana, but it's cheap to activate (only 1), can sac multiple creatures per turn, and ramps you. it also combos nicely with Bloodghast (though that costs more money).
Shivan Harvest is cheap and repeatable but costs 1R for each sac, though it does slow opponents.
Viscera Seer is always good. Scry is great, free sac is great, and it only costs 1 mana.
I'm fairly certain the OP will have to choose several cards that fit many but not all of the requirements. Most low CMC with free and repeatable sacrifice abilities either cost a lot of money or have questionable effects.
Birthing Pod (~$7) costs mana and is 1/turn, but gets you increasingly bigger threats each time you use it. Dimir House Guard (<$1) is free, and can be used to tutor for a 4-drop, if you have any important ones in your deck. Fallen Ideal (<$1) lets you turn any creature into Fallen Angel. Goblin Bombardment (~$1.50) is best if you can make a ton of tokens, as opposed to a few large creatures. Mind Slash (<$1) costs mana and is sorcery speed, but is a nice compliment to Attrition. Shattergang Brothers (<$1) costs 4 to play and 3 to activate, but will get you a ton of counters on Kresh.
If I may clarify why I prefer free activation costs: I am using cards such as Mark of Mutiny which don't cost so much, but these are much more expensive: Captivating Crew, Molten Primordial, Mass Mutiny and Mob Rule. Thus, a free sac outlet guarantees that the stolen creatures don't go back to their owners, while freeing my mana which can instead be used for the good cause...

You didn't list it, but I trust you are playing Insurrection, too? Don't want you to miss out on it if you aren't playing it already.
Thermopod costs 5 mana, but having a creature sacrifice outlet, especially in green with so many creature tutors, I find to be one of the better cards for a sacrifice outlet. Don't get me wrong Ashnods and Phyrexian Altar are still the gold standard, but being artifacts, there are less cards that can search for them in BRG.
Goblin Bombardment sacs for free and can be removal or an alternate win condition (e.g., Goblin Bombardment, Melira, something with persist).
Skullclamp lets you sac any N/1 creature, and it adds a point to its power. You can still draw the cards as you sac. It's not free, though, and it's sorcery-speed.
Wow, Phyrexian Altar is now $36? Hey, who has two thumbs and a couple grand he didn't know about? This guy! 👍👍

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Why do you have 50-odd Phyrexian Altars? O.o
A complicated story involving a mix of "no way to buy singles" and "having a fetish for niche cards".

Wow, thanks for all the great suggestions! I have some work to do in my 99, to see which cards need to be replaced for the most interesting recommendations. I will post the current decklist later today when I have a minute, so you can see for yourself and perhaps comment on what needs to be swaped.

I know the obvious choices such as ashnod's altar, Bloodflow Connoisseur, Carrion Feeder or Goblin Bombardment. I am looking for other cards which might work great with Kresh.
Many thanks for your time and assistance!

Greater Gargadon - Sac stuff to burp out a fatty.
Mind Slash - Not for free, but great control. You're running Sadistic Hypnotist already, don't you?
Prossh, Skyraider of Kher - You know what he does.
Thermopod - No Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar, but it generates mana and buffs your commander if killed.
Undercity Informer - While not free he's a solid Altar of Dementia on a stick.
Yahenni, Undying Partisan - Obvious.
Skullclamp lets you sac any N/1 creature, and it adds a point to its power. You can still draw the cards as you sac. It's not free, though, and it's sorcery-speed.
