So, say I use Mastermind's Acquisition to fetch a card from my wish board in a game of commander. I know it goes into my hand, but what other zones can it enter once it's part of the game? Can it be exiled? Can it be shuffled into the library? I searched for answers, but I guess this is common knowledge, and nobody asks. Oh, and once it becomes part of the game is there any way to put it back into the wish board? I know, odd questions, but it would be nice to understand the wish mechanic before I start using it.

In my group there's this thing called taking a "Ryan turn."
Yeah, that's my fault...
With the caveat that wishes don't work in Commander due to rule 13 (so please don't bring a Wishboard to your games without prior agreement from your group):
Once a card is in the game, it is in the game. it is treated like any other card. It can be exiled, sent to the graveyard, put in your library, etc. It cannot go back to the Wishboard as that is outside the game.
We have agreed to using the 10 card wish board. I'm aware of the ruling. If not, then I would side out Mastermind's Acquisition for another card. Anyway, thank you for clarifying.
