Okay, if you're reading this then I have your attention, so I will make the most of it. The premise of my idea if very simple: effectively transform any and all permanents in play into their backside by bypassing whatever makes it transform to begin with. Why is it janky? Because it requires a 3-card setup and a 4th card to pull it off:
It just occurred to me right now as quite the stroke of inspiration! I'm also pretty sure I'm the first person to have come up with this. This idea came about as a way to "cheat" the land-side of the new transform cards from the Ixalan block. Here's how the combo works: Mycosynth Lattice makes all permanents into artifacts. March of the Machines makes those noncreature artifacts into artifact creatures. If you choose "human" when Arcane Adaptation enters the battlefield, Moonmist will effectivelty transform all your double-faced cards in play. As far as rulings go, these converted lands have the same converted mana cost as their face-side. So although March of the Machines would make the rest of your lands 0/0, your transformed lands won't be 0/0. However, your opponents' lands will probably become 0/0 and be sacrificed as a state-based action. You may want to at least have some kind of anthem effect in play to prevent losing most of your lands.
Bonus jank: since Moonmist is an instant card with CMC < 3 you could potentially imprint it onto Isochron Scepter for even more janky hijinxes!
So far this works in a minimum of GU colors but I would like to build a multiplayer commander deck that could consistently pull this off with the best cards that have transform (they don't have to be creatures, necessarily).
Since the goal of the deck isn't to necessarily do this consistently, it's not a glass cannon and could be used with any color combination including GU. If I wanted to consistently pull this off, then I'd need to really dig in the deck with looting, drawing, or just straight-up tutoring, which would require including B.
Without adding any other colors, some great targets for this jank would be:
For the moment I'm considering a RUG deck so that I could also take advantage of Vault of Catlacan and have access to all werewolves. Another option I'm considering is Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis which wouldn't make me too much of a target and I'd have access to even more transformed lands. Adding W could give me access to more control in order to find the combo and jank out.

From machine... to creature... to human... to flipped weirdness. I like it. Hard to pull off, but funny. I like the Group Hug guys as the commander for this deck for the reasons you mentioned.

Thanks! So far I have mana rocks, mana dorks, and X draw spells. I also added pillowforts. But it still needs some more things (like a wincon) or more disruption in order to procure the jank.

I like your concept, but I believe you'll likely be disappointed with the result of your deck in practice. Mycosynth Lattice and March of the Machines just do too good of a job ending the game. As such, you'll never really get to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Your 6/6 Lattice and other miscellaneous artifacts will likely just run away with the game, provided your opponents don't just immediately pick up their cards.
Rather than use March and Lattice, I think you should consider cards like Rude Awakening that animate only your lands instead. This way, not only will you create a better play experience for you and your opponents, but you'll reduce the length of your combo, as turning your lands straight into creatures lets you cut out the middle man.
EDIT: Apparently, I couldn't brain last night. Disregard this post. I'll see if I can post some genuine help sometime later.

Note the animating land issue is secondary - the real goal is that somehow he needs, say, Growing Rites of Itlimoc or Azor's Gateway or Search for Azcanta to become a creature, so that it can then become a Human with Arcane Adapation, so Moonmist can transform it. Having animated lands is funny and game-busting, but not the primary thing of interest. The exploit is that Sanctum of the Sun and Azcanta, the Sunken Ruin are considered to have a CMC despite being a land due to the rule of transform cards, which means that the Mycosynth + March Combo doesn't destroy them.
While that's powerful, it is as arrogantAxolotl points out possibly too powerful. You can also sidestep the middleman by using Opalescence to animate the enchantments, and for the ones that are already artifacts Karn, Silver Golem works just fine as well. Liquimetal Coating gives you less universal artifact conversion for the purposes of March and Karn. Don't forget your Conspiracy and Xenograft as redundancy with Arcane Adaptation.
Mana sinks seem good as well, as you can get potentially unlimited cosmic mana from the combo. Staff of Domination, for example.

Thanks for the suggestions! Yeah, I should definitely play around the idea so that the cards aren't dead draws or too dependent on the jank. Now that you mention Opalescence I could also add Enchanted Evening but it would have the same end result as March of the Machines with Mycosynth Lattice. The only difference being that the latter combo is less mana intensive to pull off. That being said, if I do go with Opalescence, then Starfield of Nyx would be much less oppressive than Enchanted Evening since it wouldn't make my opponents' lands into 0/0 enchantment creatures like it would with Opalescence (although it would do so to mine). So it would seem that the oppressive cards would be Enchanted Evening and March of the Machines.
What I like about your suggestions concerning artifacts is that I could potentially work with that when I build the deck around the jank. I could play with Memnarch to make those legendary enchantment transform cards into artifacts so that March of the Machines could make them into creatures. Or, I could also do that with Karn, Silver Golem and not make it as oppressive. It would also allow me to work with an artifact-based strategy which could actually be the main course while the jank is the dessert. I could also have some slight tribal support while I'm add it since Arcane Adaptation and/or Xenograft wouldn't be doing anything besides setting up for Moonmist (which also does nothing without the combo already in place).
In order to not add B I could work around the tutors with W and U. W tutors for enchantments and artifacts while U tutors for spells and artifacts. There are also plenty of GWU legendary creatures to use as commander (as well as some combinations of partners). However, if I want to go the artifact route, then it's worth it to add R just to have access to Storm the Vault into Vault of Catlacan. So I'm even more convinced that Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis is the best commander for this idea. Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis doesn't paint a target on me the moment opponents see it. They'll also let it stick around since it helps them draw or ramp at the end of their turn. For the moment that's the legend that seems to be winning when it comes to who will command the deck.
Note the animating land issue is secondary - the real goal is that somehow he needs, say, Growing Rites of Itlimoc or Azor's Gateway or Search for Azcanta to become a creature, so that it can then become a Human with Arcane Adapation, so Moonmist can transform it.

Don't worry; you weren't the only one brainfarting yesterday. I even mentioned that March of the Machines + Mycosynth Lattice would take away all lands from the battlefield as if it weren't a game-ending combo, lol. I guess I was too focused on the jank.

Fair enough to want to avoid Black - tutors make things far too easy, and Temple of Aclazotz is by far the weakest flip land even cheating to it. Plus Tomb of the Dusk Rose and Atzal, Cave of Eternity, while very powerful, are not cards you are well-suited to using (Tomb is actually a straight-up nonbo with your gameplan). I think the Kings of Meletis are definitely the best commanders for the job.

Yeah, black would make it incredibly consistent but only because I'd only be tutoring for the pieces. At least with only being able to tutor for particular card types then I could limit myself somewhat. If I stick to artifacts and enchantments then at least I can base my deck around that. It'd also be possible to include Serra's Sanctum if I go a bit more enchantments. I probably will if I want to take advantage of the color identity.
I guess the consensus that the Meletis kings are the way to go. I could add pillowfort with epic ramping and drawing. That way I can draw through the deck and at least have some things to do while I cheat transform the enchantments and artifacts into their legendary land parts. I also wouldn't be disrupting the game too much since I wouldn't be a target. Players would have to pay attention to each other in the mean time.
That still leaves me on choosing a wincon. With so much mana I can produce I could potentially draw opponents to death with cards like Blue Sun's Zenith. These cards also allow me to draw into the deck so they'd have multiple uses, too.

Ooh! I like that wincon. It goes great with all the mana I'd be producing plus it wouldn't matter if opponents are eliminating themselves or not. I like it!
