It's stick-able for what it's worth, but I don't know if that would really ever matter. A neat effect to be sure, but only being a one shot limits is EDH usefulness.
It's a little odd that such a narrow card demand "same controller." Fate Transfer (has equally or even more awful to look at art and) can be a little more flexible.

Fear of taking counters off your opponent's 0/0 "enters the battlefield with N +1/+1 counters", I'm guessing. Yeah, Fate Transfer has the same issue, but it's Shadowmoor. The color pie took one look at Shadowmoor and shot itself.
Anyway, I can think of the value, but I'd just prefer Power Conduit in most cases, not least for being better with persist and undying.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Fate Transfer is from the block with persist, intended to reset a persist creature and weaken an opponent's creature and feel smart about it. Bioshift was from a block with scavenge, where you'd could have taken the back half of an opponent's creature away for 1 mana if the limitation wasn't there. I'm sure it was a block decision rather than an eternal one.

Well together they were a 2/2 and had the productivity to create two thopters. Years after her husband's death Pia is probably a more hardened and strong person as just herself, but she only has time to create one thopter.
I just now noticed that Pia Nalaar's ETB is actually a reference to this card except much lonelier and now Pia Nalaar depresses the heck out of me
As for Pia and Kiran Nalaar...Well it's one of those cases where the card is pretty good everywhere else except this format.
I tend to disagree. I'm all in for 3~6cmc creaturecards that produce three bodies upon etb. Depending on added utility they are in and all work wonders in my Queen Marchesa pillow fort deck.
Any creature that is reasonably costed and brings two tokens to the party cannot be bad in this format for Ashnod's Altar and Nim Deathmantle exist.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
They're really good in the 99, where you have access to Cathars' Crusade, so you can also attack with your thopters. And really a lot of other potential enters triggers. Blinking is also useful; I mean, arguably, they're a primitive monored Breya, Etherium Shaper, though Breya uses less mana. In the 99, they also have Training Grounds.

It's actually been a long time goal of mine to make a deck with this card, Hostility, and a bunch of Fireballs, but I've never quite had the right deck to do it. In case you missed the connection, Hostility makes elemental shaman tokens with haste. I've tried to do it a couple times, but never get there. The answer is almost certainly Rosheen Meanderer, I've just never had the impulse to actually put it together.

Sachi is pretty awesome. There's a lot of cards that happen to be good and also happen to be shamans in green. Eternal Witness, Centaur Omenreader, Elvish Visionary, Oracle of Mul Daya, Nullmage Shepherd... I feel like most of these cards should have been Druids instead but Sachi isn't complaining. She was in my Sisay deck for a while.
Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro is an absolute boss in my changeling tribal deck. Turning all your changelings into Sol Rings is really good as it turns out. For maximum value, activate Mirror Entity for 1 and turn every one of your creatures into a 1/2 Sol Ring!

Fun Fact: Patron of the Vein is also a shaman. I've seen them hit play together, it felt really wrong flavor-wise to know it could be tapped for GG.

How does this combo? I don't see anything flickering in and out to untap?
Well the championing would start a flicker loop where the titan champions the berserker. Then the hero champions the titan returning the berserker. So the berserker champions the hero. Etc.
It is basically a triple oblivion ring loop but the rings tap for mana.
But I am confused aswell. Sure, you get infinite blinks and untaps. But they don't do anything unless you have a haste enabler as well, and in that case it is a 5 card combo that only gives infinite mana.

Okay, I see the championing part, wow idk how I missed that. it's like the old lightning crafter combo. But, right, as you said it's three cards on it's own, four with Sachi, and that still doesn't end the game. All for something that is easily broke up by any kind of creature removal (which a simple lightning bolt can solve when the berserker's champion trigger comes up).

The red one has haste naturally.

I'm not trying to argue that it is the most efficient combo, just pointing out a neat combo with her that I doubt many people are familiar with.
I mean, if they have an answer they have an answer. Do note, it's not exactly a combo that people actively play around. It's fairly easy for me to assemble it as I play the whole Skyshroud Poacher cycle (elf/goblin/merfolk). With one champion on board, you can endstep find one, and main phase one to catch people real off guard with the loop. The loop itself usually endsthe game. It's true Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro is one of the weaker ways to abuse that loop as she only generates infinite green mana, but it isn't hard to find a way kill the table once you've generated infinite mana.
Sachi is probably one of my favorite cards to have in my opening hand in that deck because of the sheer amount of mana she can generate off random changelings.

There are a lot of "mom"s and "dad"s in magic, but how often do you get both?
Kiran is a 1/1 Thopter for 1 red?

Basilisk Collar is always great. Turn artifacts into Murder (barring something like Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant) and you get 2 life. I also recommend Purphoros, God of the Forge, so you get 6 damage to everyone. (Even better with Panharmonicon, 20 damage to everyone.) Mana Echoes means you get at least CCCCC out of one casting/blink/whatever. (And with Panharmonicon, it becomes 34 mana.) You also have the classic Ashnod's Altar/Nim Deathmantle infinite mana combowombo.
