pygmy kavu isn't all that bad. It's an ETB effect, so you can just trigger it multiple times. compost requires someone to destroy stuff for you before you can draw.
...Not that i'd ever play it. I've noticed that i've not built a deck with green in it across any formats i play (EDH, oathbreaker, legacy, vintage) in the last 2-3 years or so. green seems so underwhelming at times.
But mask of memory is less contingent on playing an otherwise bad 3cmc 3/3, and under the same savage beating, is a +8 ca. (If you're playing this, it's because the discard is otherwise not card disadvantage).
Technically, that's +4 if you do it that way, which is still nice on its own. You can, of course, exploit your graveyard in this format pretty easily.
Anyway, Pygmy Kavu is nice in multiplayer. People forget just how strong black is in a format where you have double the starting life total. Though you still should probably use something like Darkest Hour, which also lets you use Compost.
It's not the best option for massive card draw; I prefer Viridian Revel with Mycosynth Lattice because then I can just break my opponents' stuff at my leisure. But it is still okay.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Right, there's four discards in there, but if you're running Mask, then typically you don't mind discarding cards. That's why I didn't call it a +4 because you can generate card advantage in more ways than putting cards into hand.
This made me realize that there are no kavu creatures in modern horizon

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
I used to have a deck built around this and Gratuitous Violence, since that could be 7+ damage in one turn. The problem is that the other cards in the deck, while impressive in formats with 20 life, just didn't cut it in Commander. When was the last time you saw someone build an EDH deck with cards like Akroan Crusader and Ash Zealot?
That aside, this would probably be alright in a deck with Seismic Assault, although those decks probably have more broken things they could be doing.

Your new prescription eyeglasses don’t work. You still can’t see things my way.
Hmm. It's like a Ball Lightning that's Aleshable. That's not insignificant. That said, since you need setup to make it do anything, I imagine this isn't as good as that 2/2 minotaur that +2/+0s itself on etb since that's a static reliability and this card would need devo 3 to match it.
Red focuses more on spells, doesn't really have a lot of ways to draw more cards or cheat things into play, but I'd debate whether red or white is the worst. At least red gives us Fanatic of Mogis, Fiery Bombardment, and Thunderous Might. Heartlash Cinder does have some potential with Pandemonium, but you're better off just using Ball Lightnings most of the tme.
White is arguably worse, though, because cheaper mana costs mean fewer cards with WW or WWW in their mana cost. (Though if you're in multiple colors, Shadowmoor block gives you plenty of cards like Divinity of Pride to help you out. Plus, for both red or white, adding another color gives you card draw and ways to cheat things into play.) Wincons include Evangel of Heliod (good), Light from Within (meh, you can put it in a Kaalia deck or something like that, but it's the only anthem that doesn't help token decks at all), and Springjack Shepherd (cheaper than Evangel, but you need an anthem right away). Finishing out white devotion is Acolyte's Reward, because that's exactly what I needed.
Green has mana accel, black has reanimator spells, blue has clones. (Recall how often Rite of Replication is a devotion deck's win condition.) All of them have good card draw, and green and black have more "multiple colored mana" cards.

In most cases i'd say Grave Titan is superior and second best (legal) titan in my book. I've rarely seen it go nuts, but one can't ignore it for too long.
I think he's the second worst. Sun titan and grave titan are better

Lotta people in this thread doing an awful lotta devaluing of Inferno Titan. Really? Since when is an arc lightning on-demand bad? When compared to making a pair of vanilla bears? Then you add the firebreathing to the mix versus who ever's bright idea it was to put deathtouch on a 6/6 like that's relevant...people far over-value Grave Tits, that's all there is to it.
I always called him Package Titan because once you notice the package, as much as you try you just can't look away. Also a fave Rite of Rep target though not as genius as with Yosei but it is what it is.
Had to deal with two of these (original + clone) on the table a couple days ago and they were more of a pain than I was expecting. I had a couple utility lands consistently locked down for a few turns. It's not the best Titan in the format - probably the worst, in fact - but even the bad Titans are still solid cards.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
Sun > Grave > Inferno > Frost is my ranking, in terms of usage. Frost Titan's tapping is nice if you could clone him, Sun and Grave are good without it, and Inferno is great at creature killing especially when using Deathtouch.

This is my ranking too. It’s all a bit contextual though, Frost could be great in the right place, likewise with Inferno. None of them are bad, just some of them are more easily abused than others, namely Sun, Grave, and obviously Prime.
