You'll typically want Cadaver Imp for black aligned non-tribal decks, and Ghoulraiser is more efficent (but random!) than good ol' GDigs. For one more mana, Phyrexian Delver does a lot. Outside of black you've got Eternal Witness to compete with. Cycling your Gempalm Polluter for lethal feels good though, so why not twice?

Phyrexian Delver. Because all Delvers are mandated to be 3/2.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Ooh, thanks for reminding me of those game nights cards. Still need to pick those up.
Same for me. And they are so neglected that even the card tag isn't working

Ghoulraiser's also tribal.
The only thing I can think of is abilities like channel and I guess cast triggers? I mean, obviously, Gravedigger gets better with Panharmonicon, but so does everything. (Including Delver.)
Beyond that, I guess there's UBx. I wonder if that makes 3B for a 2/2 better than 1BB for a 1/1.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Men i wish this effect was on a legendary creature

it can be pretty good. has great potential for a lot of funny interactions!
i just wished that it'd be able to change creature types on spells on the stack too. Or being able to change didgeridoo from minotaur to say eldrazi. That'd be fun.
This card is so good with Sliver Overlord... steal ALL the creatures!
Yeah, this is the only time I've seen it be used, but it's pretty darn good in that deck - 4: Control Magic is a strong effect.
Outside of Overlord, I can't see that many decks that want it - generally you care about your own creature's types, in which case Arcane Adaptation and co. are going to be better as, not only do they save on mana, but also you get any tribal cast/ETB triggers - and while there are cards that do go well with Unnatural Selection, the effects aren't generally strong enough to be worth building around the effect unless you have a commander who interacts well with this card.

You know who else loves this card? Nobody (Seriously, I want to do that some day, just for bragging rights.)

I kid you not, if it wasn't on the list of previous RCotD, today's random card would be Hivestone Urza's Mine
Instead, we get Urzatron. I'm sure I'm not the only person to sneak these into a colorless deck, but I may be the only person to accidentally use only 2 of them for several months without noticing.

gravedigger is ok, i suppose. does an amazing amount of work in my zombie horde deck tho (which i normally mash against EDH decks).
Legacy - Solidarity - mono U aggro - burn - Imperial Painter - Strawberry Shortcake - Bluuzards - bom
Ghoulraiser's also tribal.

Now I'd just as soon jam a Hivestone and be done with it, even with the other niche interactions aside.

I've shoved them in a deck for no reason just in case they all they came out. No land search or anything.
They never did. But the colorless never hurt the deck anyway.
