I like to play different decks every time I play. I also like sharing decks with friends. I try not to go to a magic event without having at least 4 decks with me... but I really would like to transport more.
This is what looks like the biggest case . It's a bit expensive, but I think I could fit up to 9 commander decks, and they will be well-protected.
But the case is huge and I don't think I could fit more than one in a school bag.
I've been thinking of asking a carpenter I know to make me a huge box with protective lining, but eventually that will be too small as well.
I know some of you will say "Just bring whatever decks you want to play that day". Obviously, I have done this, and I want more!
I have this issue sometimes too. I have 15 commander decks right now, with decklists ready for 5 more, and a few more ideas in my head. With my current carry solution, I can bring my binder, a playmat, dice, 8 Commander decks, and my Planechase planes. Now, I don;t usually play every deck each time I go to the card shop (once a week, usually play 3 - 7 games depending on attendance and opponents) My problem comes from selection. Sometimes I want to play certain archetypes based on opponents generals for either challenge reasons, or interesting matchups, And I feel everytime this happens the deck I want to play is at home. Been looking into a few things myself.
Someone at my game store went to The Home Depot and got a large hand held plastic box made to carry small components. Inside this case is 10 - 12 yellow bins that don't move when it's closed, and is enough room to fit a single sleeved Commander deck with a little room left over. I've also seen some smaller leather carriers on Card Kingdom that carry 1350 cards (can't remember if it's sleeved or not) but you could realistically carry 8 - 12 Commander decks comfortably in that if you don't care about individual deck boxes, or don't use actual cardboard tokens for everything like I do.
If you don't need to bring large card binders, a larger sized backpack could carry 14 decks easy (if I didn't bring my massive trade binder everywhere, I could fit another 9+ decks in my backpack)

What do you use to store the 8 decks you bring with you? Do you have them in individual deck boxes or do you have cardboard boxes or something else? I have been using a combination of cardboard storage boxes (can fit 5-6 decks in the longest one), and I recently got gifted a Caseling Cards against Humanity box, which fits 6 EDH decks (including 4 double sleeved... maybe 8 single sleeved), but unfortunately bends the card sleeves.
I know what tool box you are referring to, I think. I took a look at it, and the dimensions are perfect but I don't like having the transparent lid (on the one I saw)... I also want something I can sling over my shoulders and the box was too big to fit in a bag.
I think I found the Card Kingdom one:
I actually think it could work. Looks promising. Thanks!
I wish there was a way for me to look at the Pirate Lab and the Card Kingdom products and see which one I liked better.
I currently have 12 decks and I’m plannig on building more, for the time being I have 2 BCW cardboard boxes each containing 6 decks, and my backpack could easily fit a third. I guess it depends on what you want to carry with you, but this has so far been my best solution. Once I hit 18 decks though, I’ll have to custom build a box capable of holding more.

I mean, it sounds crazy, but maybe it's not that crazy. I do live in Montreal, Canada, so winter is a thing... and I walk 12 minutes to my LGS.

I've seen tool boxes that could hold 8 or so, apparently there's one DeWalt does that works nicely.
