Thanks mate. Karador is really growing on me. I really like the fact that you can keep casting him for 3 mana
I also like to play a lot of creatures and specaiily creatures that I don`t get to play that much.
Can I build this deck for a good price because I won`t be playing it all the time. It will be a fun side deck next to my Legacy and Modern decks to bring home when I visit my family and friends.
My friend has a nice game store and EDH is played a lot there.
I got a full time job so putting in some money is not that big of a problem but I see decks costing around 800 to 1000 bucks and that is just a bit to far for me.
Putting 200 to 300 dollar in as a nice side deck would be good enough for me.

As far as the mana base goes you can do just fine in a three color deck with some budget lands. You don't have to go with an ABU/shock/fetch land base for three color mana to be perfectly consistent. Especially in a Green deck.
Of note: if you already own some of the cards in question for your legacy/ modern decks just use the same sleeves that you use for those and instead of buying more move cards between decks as you need them. Tons of commander players use the "binder system."

As a matter of fact, I use a lot of color printed proxies of cards I own because I want to keep the decks playable on hand. I only own most of my expensive EDH staples only once, but use them in a dozen decks. As it are all cards I own, people I play with never mind: everybody understands you not buying 4 Scalding Tarn for example just because you have 4 decks containing both red and blue.

The secret to enjoyable Commander games is not winning first, but losing last.

My biggest concern about playing three colors is not having your colors on the field fast enough and getting color screwed.
That is why I am a bigger fan of playing two colors.

In EDH, barring a cutthroat environment, it doesn't really matter if you need one or two additional turns to be able to play everything.
Plus Karador is in green so you can (re)use all the ETB - search a land creatures. So there's not really a problem.

I think you're overblowing that fear. You can have plenty of fixing. The shocks are in the neighborhood of $10. You can have the checks(aka the buddy lands), the tainted lands since you're in black, your triland(Sandsteppe Citadel), the BFZ tango land that you can use, Scrylands, along with things like Command Tower, Terramorphic Expanse and its brother, Mana Confluence. If you're really desperate you can do guildgates, slow fetches(Rocky Tarpit is the only one who's namr I know), gainlands and basic no effect taplands.
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is possibly one of the most important lands. It lets you play fewer black sources.
Inconsistency is the price of flexibility. Sometimes you're just not going to draw the mana you need. Last week my friend was playing Meren and it was turn 6 or 7 before he hit green mana. That's just the way it goes sometimes. But thats not going to be often. You should be fine.
Your right I might be overthinking it.
I know the fetches and shocks are not that expensive so that is not the problem.
Like I said I am just a little overwhelmed by all the options and things you can do in EDH. I knew it was a wide format but now I am looking into more and it is indeed a lot

That's the fun of it though. At least for me. I have 10 decks and have built or assisted in building even more. I love deckbuilding. And because of its casual nature, as long as your playgroup doesnt suck, you can win a reasonable amount with just about anything you find fun.
I would like to thank everyone that helped me out these last couple days by showing me examples and giving me a lot of tips and advice.
I`m still looking around for a nice commander but you guys really helped me narrow down aand help me think about what I want from the format for the amount of time I will be playing it.

Most cards aren't too expensive if you look at lists on EDHrec. Survival of the Fittest is the best card that is expensive. Fauna Shaman is okay but she always dies. Evolutionary Leap is probably the best alternative.
Academy Rector is the other one. Rector can get a lot of game-winning or useful cards, like Pernicious Deed, Martyr's Bond, Pattern of Rebirth, Animate Dead and Song of the Dryads. 3 of them can be tutored by Heliod's Pilgrim.
The other expensive thing is the mana base.
Happy to throw in my opinion if you have any questions on card selections.

Thanks for the answer mate.
I will send you a pm with with some questions.
I don`t mind buying a ouple expensive cards but having to buy Legacy duals goes a bit to far for me for a side deck.

That doesnt even touch on ramp that fixes. Chromatic Lantern, Commander's Sphere, you're signets, Blighted Woodland, Farseek, and possibly the most important Sakura-Tribe Elder.
And don't forget to pick up Crypt of Agadeem.
