So I have all the Eldrazi Titans collecting dust but I really want to play with them. However i'm looking for ways to make their big size matter other than in combat (which i still think will be the main wincon). I'm thinking of either running The Mimeoplasm as commander or Surrak Dragonclaw. The former gives me access to black recursion to recover more quickly from boardwipes. The latter will give me access to red, and thus direct damage for additional reach and Surrak himself has a little more synergy with the big creature route. Obviously there will be more big creatures but how to make their big butts matter besides combat?

Prime Speaker Zegana loves big fat Eldrazi, although so does Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. But red and green are probably the two colors most focused on taking advantage of Fat creatures.

Red is probably the color other than Green that cares most about size. Its got the aforementioned Warstorm Surge as well as Where Ancients Tread. Its also got Burning Anger which is great if you can't attack through (although unlikely) or you can grant vigilance somehow(off the top of my head Green has Sight of the Scalelords)
Although White cares specifically about the butts(usually in tandem with green).

Yeah those two were already on my watchlist. Black to sac for drain, blue for draw. I also pondered adding Phenax, to get mill as a backup wincon, though the same could be achieved with a Altar of Dementia.

I never saw Sight of the Scalelords before. That card is awesome for multiplayer!

Well if beef is your goal then you'll want Gruul Ragebeast (hell if you end up going Jund instead, add Ogre Slumlord for repeatable boardwipes)
OOH OOOOOOHHHH! That just made me think you could play Progenitus! That way you have access to all the best beef.
My favorite Beatstick is Giant Adephage. Multiply the hate - literally! Chandra's Ignition is both a great finisher if you already punched your enemies a bit or a one-sided Wrath, if you are able to use it so. Where Ancients Tread and Warstorm Surge seem obvious, if you're going all out on Fatties. Elemental Bond is great to draw you cards, low on the curve and might stick around longer than a creature solution. Pestilence is very entertaining if your creatures tend to be bigger than those of your opponents - or simply are indestructible.
A personal favorite of mine has got to be Simic Sky Swallower, maybe no longer the biggest of beefy creatures, but damn hard to remove. And there’s always Krosan Cloudscraper for flinging and ETB shenanigans, although it’s hard to keep around.

Those are some awesome suggestions. I love Gruul Ragebeast and Shaman of the Great Hunt in particular, as they double as something else besides being big (removal and draw). I guess I'm seeing this deck going more Temur then Sultai... then Desolation Twin as 20 power coming out of nowhere seems awesome.

This would be thrid deck of mine running Chandra's Ignition... guess it's that good :). I won't be running Xenagos because I already have a deck with him as commander and if the decks start playing too similar i'm bound to lose interest in one of them. Variety in cardboard is the spice of EDH so to speak. Going Temur Pestilence is an no-go, but Pyrohemia or Aether Flash might be a good way to prevent faster token swarms from taking over. Kruphix will definitly be added.

Considering Commanders i think Kruphix, God of Horizons or Omnath, Locus of Mana are great to store mana to burp out your Fatsos. Neheb, the Eternal and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds are flavorful and strong options too. If you like being targeted and want a big Commander as well, go for Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger.
