I currently was looking at what is the best way to deck build on the go (preferably for free but willing to pay one time fee for under 10 dollars) can you all steer me to a deck building app or site that is mobile friendly and plugs into a solid back end community at something like tapped out?
Posted this under commander forums cause I only play commander and it has special requirements and challenge far as deck building apps go.
Personally I've been using decked on my iPhone for years. The search engine is pretty middle-of-the-road but I like having the collection feature, import/export decklists, price check, deck stats, etc. It's not usually what I use to actually build my decks, though, more of a deck tracker and collection manager tool.
For actual deckbuilding, I just use my physical EDH collection, partitioned by color and usefulness. I've found it's faster and more reliable to avoid missing anything super clutch that might otherwise escape my notice. Sites like edhrec are a good starting place, though, especially for beginner deckbuilders.
Am looking for something like a collection manager/decklist manager for mobile too. Preferably one that allows additional tags to be tagged for every single card + ability to sort via the tags. Like a Krosan grip can be tagged with "EDH collections - Green box 1" or a stranglehold tagged with "Aurelia EDH" so I can know where all my cards are.

From what i can remember, the free version only has a limit of 5 decks but everything else is the same.
Great and sleek interface. Good search engine and the deck building is pretty easy.
The only drawback is that it can take a few weeks for a new set to be added as its only one guy that runs the app.
Hope it helps.
