Ok, so my history with commander's been interesting. I started out with Prossh, but I hated being hated out of every game and winning via 21+ commander Damage. Ezuri, claw of progress was next but it was weeeeeeeek to board wipes. Next came Karador. He's ok i guess but I'm always living in fear of graveyard hate.
Order of favorite colors: Green/Black/White/Red/Blue
Playstyle, want to be interactive. Not opposed to combos, but all in all, I want my creatures to turn sideways. I dont want to be hated out of the table. My modern deck is knightfall counters company and I love it, if that helps at all. Mono-Color is ok? i guess. Not sure if I want to do it but it could be ok. I really want access to removal but still have some beats. Lands fascinate me. Doing something wind lands could be cool but just an idea. My friend plays gitrog so i cant play that i guess.
I also like the idea of politics

How about Pharika, God of Affliction for politics? Her ability to exile creatures being useful on its own, you can also maintain a good board presence by abusing Eternal Scourge. In addition, you can manipulate combat by creating death touch tokens for allies to help him/her block and kill.

Saskia, the Unyielding? She provides a way to play some politics, gives you all the beats you could ever want, all the removal you'd want, and you can go a wide variety of ways with her. You could run 6 manlands as some of your biggest hitters, a pile of wrath effects, and just go to town that way.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Why not keep Karador as the commander since it is in your favorite colors. For fear of anti-graveyard strategies just board more counters against those strategies?
There are numerous cards in the green and white colors that deal with enchantments and artifacts. You can also board cards such as Null Rod and Stony Silence to kill off all the graveyard removal artifacts.

This. Karador kis highly interactive, can recover from graveyard hate rather easily provided you play cautiously, has oodles of removal in the best colors for removal, can win through beats, has synergy with cards like Life from the Loam, Crucible of Worlds, and Splendid Reclamation, and is very toolboxy. I say stick with what you've got.
It's too bad your friend already plays The Gitrog Monster. That card is dumb and I love it.
I read a bit what you where looking for... What about Captain Sisay, it can search ala toolbox style, it doesn't attract to much hate mostly... and it has alot of options from all angles.. attack creatures, removal, reanimation..
Also new rule since Ixalan, planeswalkers are now legendary, so can search up PWers as wel.. ^^
My GF has played this deck for quite some time with good succes and she isn't the most experienced/long playing MtG player either.

I think that's what I'll do, graveyard hate is recoverable from if you remove it and grisly salvage. Thanks for all the input though Captain Sisay will likely be my next deck

I actually play a Noyan deck, and though it is very fun, it's incredibly hard to maintain your board in anything other than a table of budget decks. Player's willing to buy Damnations and Path to Exiles are highly likely to have answers to you beefing your lands.
IDK Guys, after rereading this again, IDK if i want to continue with Karador. The combos kind of ruin it for me. I want games to go long and combos don't go long. I don't want to play Stax though and I still want to be able to be competitive. Im also unsure of my color choice. Im liking all the colors other than blue at this point

I would look into Meren of Clan Nel Toth. She is a powerhouse but can be tooled back as well. She is a great toolbox commander as well which you said you like.
I'm thinking of the maybe doing Kiki-Jiki. I'm hesitant though. It seems like it would draw hate though. I think etb triggers seem cool. Brago seems like an option (the only bad blue is mono blue) But im not sure, Roon might be cool. Thoughts?

Actually, I've never thought this was a deck until I found Gaka's primer but I've always wanted to do this so I'm doing Norin the Wary. + I already have the two most expensive cards (other than imperial recruiter), Mana Crypt and Wheel of Fortune

Give Brago, King Eternal a spin. I have played almost every iteration imaginable with Brago from Staxx, energy counters, manifest cards, just plain value and he is freaking awesome. He is highly interactive and the options how to build Brago are nigh limitless potential.
Sydri, Galvanic Genius is my other favorite General. Esper has tons of removal options. Sydri's abilities are really fun and can be quite sneaky and toolboxy. You also get some recursion, there are just tons of options with Sydri, I highly recommend her.

Yisan, the Wanderer Bard? He's pretty much a toolbox, and he's mono-G.
She seems amazing and since she works with the exile, she can hardly be hosed as long as you're able to keep her on the board.
ps. i disagree with your statement concerning G removal.
