You are correct that Wakening Sun's and Carnage Tyrant don't have a dino that gets it, but there are other options. And when you add other non-dino creatures, Wild Pair could be worth a slot.
Also, as I'm going to use Samut, Voice of Dissent as my general, Gishath can fetch Carnage Tyrant.
Is Grimlock, Dinobot Leader considered legal since it is a HASCON 2017 promo only? Based on the abilities and cast cost, it fits but wasn't sure of legality.
Unsure on tourney legal but got my copy and totally playing him in mine. I think he will be a sweet commander or card in the deck. I hope he is tourney legal but not sure.

Silverbordered Cards are not tournament legal unless the tournament format explicitly allows them. Since Commander tends to be more casual, I'd probably say "check with your local playgroup, and have a replacement ready for playing outside your playgroup".
Someone mentioned it before, but Gishath, Sun's Avatar is probably not the general for this deck right now as there's not enough top-tier dino's to make it work. I think tribal enrage with Marath, Will of the Wild would be a sweet deck and could take advantage of lots of dinos.

Yep
Rivals of ixalan and this deck will hit the dangerous zone
But to bare in mind though I've done some test runs they still get a pretty dang powerful start in edh.

Concur. Played a number of matches over the weekend. Gishath can be pretty explosive, example of my boardstate on turn 5.
The only problem currently is the low amount of good/utility dinosaurs and dinosaurs in general are too focused on the aggro side. It will have a very hard time vs decks which are well equipped to counter against aggro strategies.

Again yep
Rivals of ixalan should (likely) fill in the blanks. For the deck to be great in edh.
Domri Rade's fight ability is good since he can make Dinosaurs spar amongst themselves for engage. It will be really really hard to get his Ultimate though, needs 5 turns to actually ultimate...
New to this site. I was looking for ways to build a Dinosaur EDH deck and stumbled upon here.
All of your suggestions are great and gave me a lot of ideas.
I would like to add my 2 cents.
Even though it's not really on flavor, I think Dragonlord Dromoka deserves a place in this deck.
In my opinion, any green/white creature-based deck that relies on attacking absolutely needs this guy.
He stops any combat-shenanigans your opponents might do to stop your dinos and he's a house on his own with lifelink.
The only thing is he doesn't come cheap, mana or money wise.
Another alternative is Grand Abolisher or something along those lines.
Let me know what you guys think.

Another way to rig the top of your deck with dinosaurs and gishath will get a protection from black and red sources.
And you know what shoot your own Rampaging Ferocidon with it then those 1 damaging doesn't work on you.

I'm not sure if his effect is wanted in a dini tribal deck.
Archenemy: Nicol Bolas Upgrades
Stephen green from "commander vs" from star city games made a Dino tribal deck
Commander: Gishath Sun's avatar
Creatures
Lands
Spells
Somberwald Sage, Shaman of Forgotten Way are pretty good too, they can ramp your big dinosaur easily.
Urza's Incubator is even better.
True Conviction can deal massive dmg.
Krosan Grip/Beast Within is also important, since you want artifact/enchantment removal in the deck just in case.
EDH: Xenagos, God of Revels.
Following up on Korean grip and beast within.
decimate is a massive removal.
Gruul Ragebeast is one I'm including.
Works on Gishath triggers, and is a massive dude himself.
He has a fight creature loyalty ability and you can give a massive emblem with the ultimate.

You can spread the damage to your enrage dudes in 1s
And can absorb the damage from a source if you have he mana for it (don't do deathtouch spread that will just sweep your board.)
