Right now they seem all over the place, but mostly Naya big beasties like... Naya. So look up Mayael on EDHREC and most of the support cards she runs will be good for the deck.

The secret to enjoyable Commander games is not winning first, but losing last.

If going dinks i say use tbe dino legend. He has synervy with dinos.
The enrage. While avilble can be activated wkthout the general needed. Tbat js why having the prkper general is important. Dino legend is best bet
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Tamanoa if its noncreature damage could work. Its such a shame that she isnt legendary btw, not for this deck i mean in general.
This right here, pair this up with enrage and Boros Reconker and Spitemare, and suddenly damaging your own creatures becomes a viable strategy.
Love it. What I think the best thing about enrage is, is that it doesn't just have to be a "Dino" thing. I want to see this in future sets for sure, and a legend that has a particular drawback of damaging your dudes, Oros, the Avenger, but better.

Note: Definately wait till after atleast pre-release since pre-orders for the dinosare are too exspensive.
(hype stock is whats happening right now near release should be when it calms down.)
Um, those aren't cantrips. Cantrips say "Draw a card." Though I guess Zap could help?
Eh, I'd prefer Breath of Darigaaz if I'm going for burn spells like that.

I'm taking a second look at Gishath, Sun's Avatar commander now that Rivals is coming out.
how come no one has said Fire Ants yet? It was in my list before RIX but it combos pretty well with Cacophodon. Add in Rite of passage or Bellowing Aegisaur for a clear board and as many +1/+1 counters and other enrage triggers as you want.
If you wanna go the isochron scepter route i recommend Volcanic Spray too as its a decent early game play if you need some enrage value right away.
Magmasaur is also a clear must imo for those enrage triggers. Not an amazing card but it'll do the trick in style for sure.
Having all the good enrage triggers really wants you to be playing the red damage based sweepers, too. Early +1/+1 counters will have your guys survive but even if they die to your Earthquake you should be way ahead on value thanks to enrage.
Really wanna play Where Ancients Tread instead of Warstorm Surge for flavor reasons but enough of the good dinos have less than 5 power so it might not get there :/

I have a Meren deck that was built specifically with "Enrage" as the key component of the deck. This was before Rivals of Ixalan, so I have not updated it, or even really looked at the new enrage creatures. But here are the key cards I have in the deck around "enrage".
The idea is to draw and ramp a bunch of lands with the Ripjaw Raptor and Ranging Raptors. With the Ranging Raptors you'll only be able to do Pestilence like effects for 2 each players turn. With Amulet of Vigor, you can get the lands untapped with Ranging Raptors, meaning you can pay the Pestilence costs for certain. It is very satisfying getting this setup
I'll check out the new enrage cards and see where I can benefit.
[edit]
Alright I'm going to include Cacophodon and Polyraptor. Cacophodon allows you to untap lands to keep paying for the Pestilence costs. Polyraptor is just insane with this setup. Each time your army doubles when you use a Pestilence activation. I am often doing 2 points of pestilence each players turn when setup, so if we do the math that is 16 of them for your turn to attack! Actually if you decided to do 4 Pestilence in the last turn, then you quadruple that to 64, which is certainly a game ender.
While already mentioned, I'll additionally point out that each time you choose the first mode is a separate instance of damage for a possible 3 triggers total. Further, since state-based effects aren't check until after the spell finishes resolving, you'll damage Raptor Hatchling three times before it actually dies and get 3 3/3 dinos.
Enchantments:
pyrohemia for enrage trigger
rite of passage for protecting enrage dinos
creatures:
mayael the anima
harbinger of the hunt
what else is awesome?

im planning on building a "kill everyone in combat on one turn" with Breath of Fury and Gishath triggers
Naya also has a whole bunch of enchant lands which give mana abilities.

Like, now I'm a sucker for synergy, but Pyrohemia + Archangel of Thune + Ravenous Daggertooth, stuff like that is what I'm interested in accomplishing.
On phasing:
i mean im definately no question doing dinosaur tribal.
oh for mine isochron sceptor with any of the deal low damage to all creatures enablers throw in paradox engine + mirror of the forebears with the Ankylosaurus for infinite enrage trigger
Note: Definately wait till after atleast pre-release since pre-orders for the dinosare are too exspensive.

i got something better than that
Pandemonium
2 less than Warstorm Surge
(note this is a gamble though because the opponent gets the benefit too)
anyway since RIX makes enrage more playable
and the land that at long last has a use Sorrow's Path advise giving it one of those enchant land abilties
