I was looking at cards in the new set Ixlan, this card caught my attention. Revel in Riches . http://mythicspoiler.com/ixa/cards/revelinriches.html It seems like it would be entirely too easy to win a game of commander with it out. 10 or more creatures dying doesn't seem like a difficult task to perform, especially if you play gravepact type effects. Sure it can be destroyed, countered and what not(or just kill the player who has it.), but it demands a response or you will most likely lose quickly to it. Even if your opponent doesn't play creatures you can always give them some to kill, such as Akroan Horse and many other means. I won't be shocked if this was swiftly banned since cards like Coalition Victory are, and take more set up than waiting for a bunch of creatures to die in a creature and boardwipe heavy foremat.
The "At the beginning of upkeep" clause makes sure it won't ever be banned. It might not be hard to cast a wrath and this in the same round with 10 creatures on the board, but it's not instant so people will have a chance doing something about it.
After thinking about it again GB may be one of the best color combos. Green gives you Parallel Lives and Second Harvest to get your tokens out quick. It also gives you E-Wit and the various other cards that can get Revel back. Its unfortunate that it doesn't count your guys dying so Grave Pact effects are a must. Hunted Troll along with any of the enchantments like Illness in the Ranks or Night of Souls Betrayal are effective.

You'll note Coalition Victory is also the only "you win the game" card that's banned. The closest similar cards that are banned are Biorhythm and Worldfire. The one thing all three cards share is that opponents don't get a turn cycle to deal with them.
Ghave also has an oddball synergy with March of Souls already, since it's one of those "now we all play my way" cards that I love so much. Killing your opponent's board with March of Souls means you can kill them again.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
As others have said, I don't think this card will be banned because having to wait for your upkeep is something that can be stopped pretty easily. Felidar Sovereign was mentioned above, and that trigger is much easier to satisfy, and that is nowhere near being banned AFAIK.
But since we were naming things that go well with this, Terastodon becomes even better.

More generically, you can basically use Ghave, Guru of Spores as the obvious Grave Pact enabler, and that gives you Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, Primal Vigor, and Anointed Procession as well. In addition, you get other token generators like Hunted Troll. Besides Grave Pact and friends, you also have access to Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. Oh, and Kamahl, Fist of Krosa because I know my opponents have lands. Oh, and Sylvan Offering.
Forbidden Orchard and Akroan Horse finish the list of "things that give opponents creatures".
