Lets say you hypothetically have an army that you need to smash into someone's face. If you were playing blue, you could give them all flying, or make them unblockable. If you're playing green, you can overrun and make them beefy and trample. Or make them unblockable, for some reason. If you're in white, you can give them protection from whatever you need. And finally, if you're in black, you can give fear, intimidate, menace, and all sorts of stuff there.
So now let's look at red. What ways do you have to ensure your army hits face? Goblin War Drums is an old goody, and Raging River is sure to turn heads and make blocking more difficult. What else do you have?
Good point though, as I'd missed this aspect from my Lovisa list. (*goes back to the drawing board*)

Yuan Shao, the Indecisive was mentioned above but not linked, if you're feeling spendy or proxying (and not playing on MTGO, apparently). Combos with the more plentiful menace effects to get true unblockable.
Of the anti-blocking stuff, I like Bedlam and Barrage of Boulders the most. Wave of Indifference costs more but is frequently enough. Archetype of Aggression is mono-R mass trample.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
Oh, that's just a variant of daunt. Before Scuttling Doom Engine, daunt was more or less always daunt X, where X is the creature's power; now it's usually daunt 2. (Here, X is Champion of Lambholt's power.) My favorite of those, and the first one I really took seriously, will always be Aura Gnarlid, which is fun with Mammoth Umbra, Snake Umbra, Drake Umbra, etc., but even Boar Umbra is pretty cute.
Anyway, for red? There's Akroma's Memorial. Not every deck will want it, but the decks that won't tend to be aura-focused Voltron decks and a few token decks like Marath. (I must emphasize this because of how many players have recommended it to me for Ghave, as if giving all my creatures pro-black doesn't ruin my game. Marath faces a similar issue, albeit not as bad.) You can also use Purphoros, God of the Forge, Warstorm Surge, and Pandemonium for a hit when they ETB, Burn at the Stake to knock a player out when your army is big enough, and Goblin Bombardment to turn creatures into pokes. Homura, Human Ascendant turns your 1/1 goblins into flying 3/3s.
Goblin War Drums means your opponents need two creatures to block one of yours. It's not evasion per se, but it does change the math for what I call creature advantage, i.e. whoever has the most creatures can just break through that way.
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
An oddball favorite of mine, and one that has added usefulness outside of helping smash to the dome, is Outpost Siege on dragons. Bonus points for having the option of choosing khans if the situation is not ripe for the second mode.
Not the most effective way (since there's post-combat and flash/instant-token spells/abilities), but it's a lot harder to block later if you're forced to attack with all your creatures in the firstplace.
You'll need to shore up on your own defenses if using such a plan and as mentioned earlier since it's easily "countered" you'll also need to combine it with the other evasion techniques for better success. There aren't a lot of these effects that are that good anyway, so technically it's more of an add-on (with a heavy defense requirement unfortunately) than a main evasion plan of any kind.
So now let's look at red. What ways do you have to ensure your army hits face? Goblin War Drums is an old goody, and Raging River is sure to turn heads and make blocking more difficult. What else do you have?

Falter is also pretty effective. Tectonic Rift is falter plus Stone Rain, and Seismic Stomp and Magmatic Chasm exist for the "How many versions of this effect do you need?" crowd.

Archetype of Aggression offers trample.

Edit: I also like Hellrider
Second edit: I assume you're in mono red, but if you aren't, Brutal Hordechief is another option.

- Heat Wave is an oldy but a goody.
- Grand Melee effectively prevents blocks after the first cycle, as does Avatar of Slaughter.
- Smoke and Urabrask, the Hidden effectively prevent blocking once you wipe out the frontline.
- Legion Loyalist grants Trample and prevents tokens from blocking.
- War Cadence is an amusing take on this effect if you have big enough mana.
- Destructive Tampering is a little more expensive than Falter and Seismic Stomp, but isn't a dead draw if you aren't ready for the alpha strike.
- Invasion Plans is an obscure choice.
