So, I'm working on a budget turbo-fog Sigarda deck, and while looking through repeatable sources of damage prevention I found Martyr's Cause, Story Circle, and Righteous Aura. I only have space for one of them, but I can't tell which one has the most utility. Suggestions?

Your new prescription eyeglasses don’t work. You still can’t see things my way.
Yep, it's hard to beat this one if you can afford the upkeep or bring it back with Sun Titan or some such.
In a similar vein, Delaying Shield can be very effective if you can sac+recur it or bounce it before your upkeep. Unfortunately, it's not recurrable with Sun Titan.
Even if you can't, Delaying Shield prevents commander damage and infect from doing anything. (You lose life to DS's trigger, rather than taking commander or infect damage.)
Solitary Confinement and Energy Field are both excellent at preventing damage if you have other cards to support them. Delaying Shield is also an interesting card because it doesn't prevent damage in a traditional way; it replaces damage. As such, a Delaying Shield can stop something like a Malignus where a Solitary Confinement or an Energy Field cannot. Phyrexian Unlife is also an excellent card at "preventing damage" because it effectively prevents life loss, something most other prevention effects don't do.

Both combo really well, as they both prevent the adding of counters. So Delaying Shield will prevent all damage dealt to you without ever getting delay counters, and since you cannot get poison counters Phyrexian Unlife will still prevent you from losing but you won't get any poison counters and thus no damage.

The secret to enjoyable Commander games is not winning first, but losing last.

Actually, any two of those three enchantments prevents you from losing:
Delaying Shield + Solemnity: Damage is prevented, and DS gets no counters.
Delaying Shield + Phyrexian Unlife: If you're at 0 or less life, your opponents try to deal infect damage to you, the damage is prevented, and DS gets counters. At your upkeep, if you don't pay mana, you lose more life (note: not poison counters), but PU prevents you from losing.
Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity: If you're at 0 or less life, your opponents deal infect damage to you, but Solemnity prevents the poison counters from accruing. (Note: you're still vulnerable to commander damage)

That's... really awesome. I never noticed this. There aren't many card combos that are interchangeable in this way.

Delaying Shield also combos well with Monarch.
How would this or Phyrexian Unlife interact with Solemnity?
