I have a what I try to make competitive Samut, Voice of Dissent EDH deck. Main win-con is to aggro them out or surprise combo them if given the chance. The 3 most competitive decks there are...
Azami
Karuum/Vial Smasher
Teferri OR Yisan
So if possble I would like my deck to be tuned to fight them. Here's my deck list.
If you have any cards that you would add then PLEASE tell me what to get rid of for them. I am not great at building EDH decks and I often have trouble deciding what to remove.
Formatted your decklist and fixed a couple typos so it's a little easier to read. I don't play 1v1 so take all of this with a grain of salt, but I would be worried about having that many 6+ CMC cards. I think I would also like more disruption, especially as 2/3 of the opponents you mentioned are likely combo lists and you have relatively little card draw. I would take this to the 1v1 sub for better feedback - you're likely to get more experienced eyes on the list that way.

In 1v1 competitive edh environments, anything over 3cmc has to be something that can win you the game, or break the opponent hard enough that they can not win the game.
I would first suggest going over your list and consider every card that costs more than 3 mana, and how situational it is. Is Bane of Progress or Siege Behemoth really going to be something you want to cast+resolve in every single game? Would you want to stare at that 6+drop when you may miss ramp, miss land-fall, run in to a wasteland/strip mine, when you could instead have something like a better like Mirran Crusader or even just a Great Sable Stag out smashing face already?
The more competitive the meta, the less likely you are to see any sort of aggro / combat-maters deck. The closest thing would be some deck able to reanimate something disgusting excessively early. If your primary goal is to win the tournament, then I would set this decklist aside and consider a combo deck with a lot of protection (blue) recursion/tutors (black), and recursion/ramp (green).
My recommendation, if all you care about is winning, would be to build Thrasios, Triton Hero + partner infinite-mana combo deck. It is a pretty common, and very stable/reliable/consistent, competitive deck. There are a bunch of infinite mana combinations in those colors, and you just win with your commander + one of those mana combos. Tasigur, the Golden Fang can be built with a similar approach.
If you are hell-bent on going aggro, then you may be more likely to voltron someone out with Samut's commander damage. Double-strike is nothing to scoff at. She needs to be able to get through tho, so adding in something like rancor may help. Surrak Dragonclaw seems pretty good for a deck that want's to aggro, since he will stop a good chunk of answers.
