Arguably a second Fleshbag Marauder effect would be good: Merciless Executioner. Liliana's Specter is the type of effect I love for this deck: one-sided discard on a chump body...that will get bigger when you Eternalize it. Ill-Gotten Gains is a big discard card. Dark Deal can be one, too. Geier Reach Sanitarium also fills GYs. Phyrexian Tower is another good sac outlet. Body Double gives you a copy...before you exile it and get another copy.
Here's another discussion: Can/should you run the Big Black mana cards in this deck? My experience is with Geth, so I know how strong it can be, but with UB? Is focusing on Coffers a mistake when you're not in ramp colors and your general requires blue for its activated ability? My Coffers/Big Black package is:
Depending on the Meta, you might be able to fit in Eldrazi Processors, so that you can reuse the opponents creatures again and again. I'm mainly looking at the Oracle of Dust since he fills your own Graveyard as well.

I feel like Traumatize + Fraying Sanity would be a solid alt kill for this deck. Pull it then Eternalize anything good that you can with leftover mana.
Victimize seems slow.
Delve stuff chews up too much of your GY.
One-mana blue spells seem unnecessary since they don't fill your GY.
Honestly, seems like you need Baral given the density of counter/spells. Countersquall and Spell Pierce seem the weaker end of that group.

Phyrexian Arena
Pros
Harder to kill (i.e., doesn't die to your own Damnation)
Pings you
No revealing your card
Cons
Higher mana cost
Dark Confidant
Lower mana cost 1B
Is a 2/1 creature, i.e. vulnerable to just about every Wrath in the game
Can attack and block in a pinch
Can be sacrificed easily
Cons
Reveals card
Does variable damage, usually 0 but usually averages to >1
No synergy with, e.g., Alhammarret's Archive, Thought Reflection, Archmage Ascension
tl;dr: Black devotion, BG enchantress, and possibly any deck that relies heavily on instants (or, for that matter, split cards) prefer Arena, aggro decks and The Gitrog Monster (and possibly "sac matters" decks like Ghave) prefer Bob, otherwise it's a meta call.
Anyway, this has made me think of Graveborn Muse. A bit risky, but you can easily draw up a wincon.
Zombie Infestation allows for our reanimator strategy while also giving us more zombie tokens.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
What's the power/ toughness of a clone like Clever Impersonator when reanimated by TSG but copying a 6/6?
Without any checking 6/6. The ability of the Scarab sets his power then the ability of the clone sets it again.
Not a judge but I'm pretty sure it's a 4/4 black zombie, regardless of what you clone. Copy effects are applied in layer 1, type in 4, color in 5, and power/toughness in 7.

Edit: Looks like I spoke too soon. Another guy who is a judge has now said the opposite, that the clone would be a 6/6. Hopefully we will have some sort of tie breaker or further clarification in the thread.
Edit2: So we have a tiebreaker now. The token is in fact 6/6
Makes sense. I wasn't taking the fact that it's a copy of the clone into account with my initial answer and that's very relevant. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets clarified with the set release, because it's not necessarily intuitive and can potentially come up in standard.

I think cards like Entomb and Buried Alive are inevitable in this deck, therefore I can definitely see Razaketh in it. I am not sure if Empty the Pits is worth it however, since the cost is very high and may need to exile valuable cards to cast it effectively, also at sorcery speed.

It's an instant
Imo that makes it better than the other mass zombie sorceries.
Edit: Your other concerns make sense. Personally my list runs a lot of noncreatures so I can probably just exile those when delving. It sounds decent on paper to me but maybe not.
(U/B)(U/B)(U/B) JUMP IN THE LINE, ROCK YOUR BODY IN TIME
(R/W)(R/W)(R/W) RISING FROM THE NEON GLOOM, SHINING LIKE A CRAZY MOON
(U/R)(R/G)(G/U) STEALIN' WHEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN BUYIN'
It could certainly be an alt win condition given how easily direct damage is with this deck.
Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest WUR Voltron Control
Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun WU Unblockable Mirror Trickery
Ra's al Ghul (Sidar Kondo) and Face-Down Ninjas
Brudiclad, Token Engineer
Vaevictis (VV2) the Dire Lantern
Rona, Disciple of Gix
Tiana the Auror
Hallar
Ulrich the Politician
Zur the Rebel
Scorpion, Locust, Scarab, Egyptian Gods
O-Kagachi, Mathas, Mairsil
"Non-Tribal" Tribal Generals, Eggs
Puppeteer Clique is a great include. Potentially three uses of its ability, which is especially devastating after a Life's Finale.

I know, but after using the cycling trigger you can eternalize it to a 4/4 flyer.

I just realized that
But we got burn per upkeep scry per upkeep mindcrank to get mill per upkeep and how about life gain per keep.
