Also added Ajani, Mentor of Heroes and Ajani, Valiant Protector to the list. Seeing as both are dual-colored (+2/+2 in counters), and their activated abilities can help Ramos come online for each of your turns (Valiant = +2/+2 in counters. Mentor = +3/+3 in counters). Also if you throw in something like Primal Vigor or one of its counter-doubler variants into the mix, Ramos can get absolutely huge. Like we are talking with Mentor it would become 14/14 (+10/+10 in counters) or with Valiant it would become a 12/12 (+8/+8 in counters) in one turn.
Sliver Queen is miles better than Fusion Elemental. It only gets -1/-1 in stats, but gives you a reasonable mana sink that can be used at instant speed if your Ramos would be getting removed. For that token, Sliver Overlord is even better - you can play Overlord, get 10 mana from Ramos, spend 3 to tutor up Sliver Queen, play her, and make a 1/1 token. Then make another 5 1/1 tokens on your opponent's turn.
You really want a Crystal Quarry to get things going. It ensures you have WUBRG on the turn after casting your commander.
The Sage is occupied with the unspoken

Teaching without verbosity,

Shield of the Oversoul pumps 4 and gives indestructible This is really good. Runes of the Deus pumps 4 and gives doublestrike putting you very close to commander damage
Just thought I'd point out that Ramos himself is colorless.

I noticed something. You only have one bringer. The thing is, all bringers cant be cast for WUBRG
Only one not useful is green, but blue and black should be auto includes and red can be useful.
I went with more of a dragon tribal theme than an all out combo deck, but there are still some fun cards in it. One of the most important things for the deck to work is card draw. I am a huge fan of effects that make you draw whenever you play something, so cards like Null Profusion, Primordial Sage, and Glimpse of Nature are important for the deck to have.
The deck also contains a lot of ramp. It has a very high curve, so ramp is a must to get Ramos out and keep him out. An early Collective Voyage is a huge boon to the deck's efficiency. A benefit of being in 5-color is that you can run all sorts of wacky ramp spells that give the deck lots more speed. Composite Golem and Heartless Summoning come to mind.
Another win condition in the deck is Dragonstorm. With Ramos online, activating this becomes very easy. Even a storm count as low as 2 or 3 is enough to end the game in most cases if you have a card like Dragon Tempest out.
What do you guys think? This is still a work in progress, albeit almost finished, deck. In my limited playtesting, the deck was able to win on turn 8. I am excited to see what other cards C17 brings to the table in terms of ramp and lands.
If they unbanned Coalition Victory, I'd totally theorycraft a Ramos 5-Color Win deck. That said, the best option is probably counter increasers + some kind of mana sink such as Helix Pinnacle, which would also work with the counter increasers.

The only one i can count is doubling season (You cannot proliferate helix pinnacle and most counter doublets only work with +1/+1 counter not all types.)
I think it's more than just a coincidence that the Ramos artifacts (Horn of Ramos,Heart of Ramos,Tooth of Ramos, Skull of Ramos, Eye of Ramos) are part of the Legacy and that the Ramos card can fire the weapon multiple times a turn. A nice nod to the old storyline.
And I second the suggestion of just playing Ramos as gold tribal. Cloven Casting, Defiler of Souls, etc. You also get to play all the good charms: Abzan Charm, Bant Charm, Crosis's Charm, Sultai Charm - hell, something as simple as Terminate now gets a boost.
EDIT: Mayael's Aria!?

I will say that an awesome card for this deck is Rafiq of the Many and Finest Hour. They will both kill with 2 prior counters. Mayael's Aria seems like an awesome way to win. Atraxa, Praetors' Voice seems like good value (5 counters for 4 mana, much better than Transguild Courier). Ramp spells like Trace of Abundance seems like not awful as a topdeck.
Credit to DolZero for this awesome sig!

@Gashnaw Chorus of the Conclave for starters. Also added them to the list.
Canopy Cover despite only pumping 1 this card is still good because it dodges targeted removal.
Winding Constrictor
Sangrite Backlash gives some cool options and versatility. pump 6 for 2 manna is good
Bring to Light can search for a variety of targets and can pump 7. It fetches Rafiq to deal 20 commander damage
Crackling Doom
Mosswort Bridge
Glint-Eye Nephilim
Witch-Maw Nephilim
Assault Strobe probably deserves a place in more aggressive builds
Ajani, Caller of the Pride counters and double strike whats not to like?

Sage of Hours + Bioshift can be really funny.
Also cheaper flicker cards like Ghostly Flicker and Cloudshift probably worth it to keep the Ramos mana chugging
i mean him get 5 counter when he enters.. best one i thought of was Master Biomancer that has been pumped but at least 3.

Atraxa hates fun
Abzan
Maybe some sort of Season's Past, Mizzix's Mastery, Past In Flames sort of package could be good along with other regrowth effects.
Also if the new Taigam hasn't been said, he would be amazing in this deck.
