I write articles for Card Exchange, a Seattle-area LGS, and I've been working on a series called Taking Command: The Enchanted World. The first four pieces of the five are online now, with the fifth (blue) coming next week.
The series focuses on old-frame enchantments that are underplayed in EDH/Commander - if you're looking for hidden gems to spice up your deck, you're going to want to check out these articles.
Something needs to be said for Traveler's Cloak. Cantrip, passes the Sun Titan test, and it goes very well on any creature with hexproof.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Dense Foliage is a great obscure pick; I am going to consider it for my Multani deck since it doesn't stop me from interacting with Ulvenwald Tracker and it completely wrecks my opponent's ability to use auras or spells effectively. Nice series!

Interesting series. I think there may be a misread with Freyalise's Winds, though. It is one of my favorite green cards, but the oracle text does read "...remove all wind counters from it instead" (emphasis mine). No matter how many times Atraxa proliferates the wind counters, the permanent will untap on its second untap phase. I do agree that it's a highly underrated green stax element and should perform terrifically in Atraxa-helmed decks, it just won't create an unending lock.

If your deck is about life loss, Primal Order usually hits everyone for quite a bit, especially three-, four- or five-color decks. If you can slow down Hermit Druid enough, it can help with determining what exactly is "enough".

Fun list, and I saw a card or two that I'm now considering. I'm a bit surprised that you couldn't find more white cards, though - especially given that you missed Earnest Fellowship. There's a card that is powerful and underappreciated. It stops some voltron strategies, limits targeted removal and pump, messes with blockers, and really makes people think. Just this week, I saw it prevent someone from using Chandra's Ignition to wipe the board and burn opponents. I like it in both Kaalia and Doran, as it eliminates three colors of blockers and removal.
I'm now adding Earnest Fellowship to Oros. Looks like it would be pretty cool as a way to break the symmetry on Wave of Reckoning too, for those times when you haven't broken the symmetry enough.

Unfortunately, Earnest Fellowship and Wave of Reckoning don't interact very well. It gives all creatures protection from their colors, which means only colorless creatures would deal damage to themselves.
Earnest Fellowship is great for protecting your non-white creatures from Oros, but remember it will also grant that to all red and black creatures.
I just added Price of Glory to my Queen Marchesa deck the other day! Operating at mostly Sorcery speed, this is a nice deterrent! One of those quirky old enchants to mess with the blue player. Lots of neat things on your lists
Earnest Fellowship was considered, but it's somewhat situational. I can see it being excellent in something like Breya or Saskia for sure. Unfortunately for Breya players, it doesn't protect their precious Eldrazi Displacer
I fixed the error re: the Winds. It's still super good with Tangle Wire in Atraxa for a pseudo-lock and remains an absolute include.
Chamber of Manipulation is also an obvious pick for (Okay, who didn't see this coming?) Skullclamp. Steal a creature with 1 toughness, equip it with Clamp = discard a card, get rid of an opponent's creature, draw two cards, or +2 card advantage for just two mana. If you have another sac outlet *cough*Ashnod's Altar*cough*, you don't even need the creature to have 1 toughness.

I'm surprised you didn't mention Living Plane. With Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite or Night of Souls' Betrayal, that's just plain evil.

Cool series though. In my opinion, enchantments are the most underrated card type in commander
