After playing my +1/+1 attraxa counter deck I found out that creatures with counter party was a bit to cassual for me. Not enough reactive cards, not enough card draw. I want to try other things with it. Generate a lot of mana, and cast big spells.
Or are the above Cards to cute in commander? I am unsure how much energy the deck will be able to generate to make the energy cards rellevant. I think Thrummingbird , Steady Progress or Contagion Clasp might just be to slow/ low inpact.
Energy is not very good in commander, just due to the fact that there really is only one pay off card and that's Aetherworks Marvel. Even Dynavolt Tower is not good in commander, for the same reasons that Lightning Bolt is not exciting in this format either.
Energy pay-off cards are all about small incremental advantages, and commander tends to go way over the top to make it very useful.

Also, consider the quest counters. It's really cool because the only one that is absolutely worthless in Commander is Pyromancer Ascension, which is also not in her colors.

I like Sigil of Distinction; it's cheap at 1 mana and it just sort of lingers since no one wants to use removal on it, but it steadily becomes good and also isn't awful to topdeck.
There are similar equipments like Banshee's Blade or the more famous Umezawa's Jitte. And if you really want to get weird, there's Sensei Golden-Tail (the counters don't actually do anything, buuut... )
Hankyu isn't completely awful, and any of the Shrines can make a neat doomsday clock.

I think Energy is pretty weak. Aside from Aetherworks Marvel and Dynavolt Tower, they don't accomplish much.
Atraxa goes well with planeswalkers.

I conversely have found that most Proliferate cards are "too cute" for Commander, and recommend against all of them except maybe Tezzeret's Gambit.

I'm kind of fond of Fathom Mage. Combine her with Archangel of Thune for a Drogskol Reaver. Combine her with Atraxa for a Phyrexian Arena. Combine her with Cathars' Crusade for a better Mentor of the Meek. Combine her with Viral Drake to get an Azure Mage. Or with Contagion Engine to get a much better Jayemdae Tome. The possibilities are limitless. Or, just cast Increasing Savagery on her to replenish your hand.

There's also Fate Transfer for an extremely gimmicky combat trick; works great with Sheltering Ancient

Actually, only three of them are an actual doomsday clock: Shrine of Burning Rage (but you're not in red, so you'll only get once per turn), Shrine of Boundless Growth (but you need a nonred x spell; I'm fond of Decree of Justice, Entreat the Angels, and Exsanguinate, but you can also use Hurricane, though your life total must be greater than your opponents', or x creatures.), and Shrine of Loyal Legions.
But my favorite doomsday clock with proliferate is Ichor Rats.
Or you can just be literal. (Warning: Card is absolute crap in multiplayer, and kind of expensive for what it does.)
Magistrate's Scepter can go infinite with enough proliferate cards, or Gilder Bairn or Vorel.
