Just curious - partly as a hypthetical, partly as a brewing idea. What 1 card would you choose (let's say you had all 5 colors to work with) if you only wanted to dedicate 1 card slot to being a "win condition" in your deck? Helix Pinnacle? Memnarch? Karn Liberated? Curious as to your suggestions!
Tooth and Nail and Defense of the Heart come to mind as well, although they technically don't do the winning themselves, much like Primal Surge, you should be winning by resolving the spell.
Mind's Desire functions similarly with the right set up.

Exsanguinate and Genesis Wave are both great and can go in a lot of decks. I wouldn't consider Mind's Desire a one card win con, as it requires other spells to go off.
There's a lot of good candidates. How you define "single card" though will give you varying answers. Even something like Tooth and Nail which can win the game on its own still requires you to be playing the cards necessary to fetch with it. Is that considered a single card? That's your call.
I think my answer is going to be Blue Sun's Zenith because there's almost no opportunity cost associated with using it as a win condition. You can just play the card as you normally would, as an instant speed draw spell during the mid and late game. Each time you use it it just winds up back in your deck, and once you hit a critical mass, you can just use Blue Sun's Zenith to draw someone out at instant speed. It's kind of like a 0 card win condition.

It's often funny to me that these big mana vampire spells are just uncommons. I know rarity is mostly about drafting and buying packs, but they close out games!
EDIT: Primal Surge / Genesis Wave? Mind's Desire?

Rise of the Dark Realms can be very powerful as can Expropriate.
I'll mention Debt to the Deathless because no one else has.
UBRKess, Dissident MageUBR - Controlling Dissidents
GRhonas the IndomitableG - Indomitable Four Drops
WUBOloro, Ageless AsceticWUB - Loot & Renanimate
Then it's not single card now is it? and if it were unbanned Coalition Victory
Rise of the Dark Realms needs creatures in the graveyards aswell.. so it's not a one card win condition.
and surges need permanents in the decks.
