I have a bit of a problem with creating an orzhov deck. Try as I might, I have yet to find a commander that uses my 5 favorite cards to the best of their ability. The closest to building around my favorite magic strategy, reanimator, would be Athreos, God of Passage. However, it doesn't completely take advantage of the cards. My favorite cards are:
What each these cards can do is a lot of fun and powerful things, have amazing artwork and I have most of these cards foil and would love to find the perfect home for them. Can anyone suggest the right deck for these cards using only WB?
Any help with this is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim is imho the best orzhov commander. If you wanr silly combo try Tesya 1.0
Most of those cards revealed scream control. Nobody does it better in w/b than Ayli.
I'm going to second Ayli for a number of reasons:
1) The fact that you have a Disciple of Griselbrand in the Command Zone is a very big deal. People love DoG for the survivability, cheap sac cost, and prevention of exile effects. Ayli is that but with a durable body for the cost, Deathtouch, and a powerful (though conditional) secondary effect.
2) You are in the best reanimator colors. You can easily sac creatures and cast a low costed Reanimate with little to no repercussion. Three of the five cards you listed all have great EtB effects, one of them is a reanimate spell with two uses, and then you have Avacyn which, again, you can make her invulnerable to Exile/Theft effects thanks to just paying a single mana.
If Ayli is not of your taste, the next best thing would be Tymna + Ravos. My experience with Tymna is that with enough early game dudes, you generate some pretty good card advantage over time.
They're all great and fun cards, but yea, IMO you're always going to end up selling yourself short by sticking to Orzhov with those cards. I would vastly prefer adding Green and go Karador, Ghost Chieftain with them, he supports the strategy they work with much more, or Blue and go with Sen Triplets control. Both also add more options to power out your high-end cards a bit easier.
However, should you wish to avoid that, I do agree with Slavetophage; Ayli is probably your best bet. Though Ravos, Soultender could also work as a somewhat slower general aiming to keep recurring your stuff, and you can throw in the other Orzhov partner just to have some extra options.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.

Agreed. Although slower, Ravos is probably the best Orzhov reanimator general. The other options aren't so great unless you're willing to branch into other colors. Orzhov is oddly lacking many great reanimation commanders for a color-combo heavy in attrition tactics.

Vorthos-player with way too much time on his hands and a love of thematic decks.
EDH - Yes, Each One is Named After a Song. I love tying music to my decks.
Not a lot of exclusively WB synergy commanders for those cards. Kambal, Consul of Allocation is a good choice for an unintrusive cheap commander that will help you get to the late game (although he also tends to draw some hate).
Selenia, Dark Angel and Triad of Fates have thematic and mechanical synergy, respectively, if you don't mind playing a questionably good commander.
Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts i.e. Teysa 2.0 seems to be of a similar nature to your other favorites (big WB creatures with dramatic abilities), even if she doesn't have any concrete synergy.

Ayli may be a decent choice since she has so much value at a low cost. She reminds me a lot of Teysa 1.0, but without the combo focus. Tymna and Ravos may not be a bad choice considering I seem to have horrible horrible luck with my card draws when I play W/B.

You would think considering Junk Rites was my favorite standard deck, I would go Karador. However, the times I did play him, it never worked as well as I wanted to (either bad draws or getting hated on). It has been a while since I built it, so maybe I could try again. Still want to keep the deck as pure W/B as possible.
If Ravos costs a little less, I would be all over him in a heart beat *cries* haha

If Teysa 2.0 didn't cost so much, I'd be all over her as well. She is one of my favorite creatures for both the art and effect. Just wish she didn't cost so much (and actually synergized with a reanimator strategy ; _ ; ).
If I should build a Orzhov today, I would properly pick Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, but I already have a deck put together with Ghost Council of Orzhova at the helm. Having a sac-outlet in the command-zone is really strong, and while the Ghost Coucil doesn't do much, being able to dodge your own wipes can actually put a fast clock on your opponents. I must strongly recommend playing False Prophet since he is just devastating to say the least. Play him as a rattlesnake, pop him with Coucil, then reanimate
Umm maybe its early but isn't sacrificing False Prophet to Ghost Dad really bad?
You pay 1 and activate the ability sacrificing Prophet. Ghost Council blink on the stack
False Prophet sees the grave and triggers on the stack.
It would resolve first and would need to sacrfice another or else else Ghost Dad bites it....

Triad is also a great politic general, but she/they could be a tad slow compare to others if without ways to untap her consistently.
Aside from the Magister, I play all of those cards in my Tymna, the Weaver + Ravos, Soultender deck. It's a control/reanimator that just outvalues your opponents.
How are the two of them together? I was thinking Tymna would be pretty nice due to the draw aspect of her. The one HUGE problem I had with building a W/B deck is that it was always slow (and bad draws here and there lol). How consistent is it to draw with her?

You have cool ETB effects in your favorite card list, adding stuff like Flickerwisp, Restoration Angel, Glimmerpoint Stag, Panharmonicon, and Conjurer's Closet you could have a pretty fun deck.
Just make sure you pack tools to deal with Torpor Orb
BGGRock
Modern
BRGJund

Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest WUR Voltron Control
Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun WU Unblockable Mirror Trickery
Ra's al Ghul (Sidar Kondo) and Face-Down Ninjas
Brudiclad, Token Engineer
Vaevictis (VV2) the Dire Lantern
