I'm tinkering a deck together based on some Wizard tribal, likely to be led by Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, but one thing I've noticed from other decklists online is that wizards tribal is very combo oriented.
I don't mind combos....but I'm not a fan of saturating my deck with them. As such, I'm in search of some fun non-combo wincons for UW that could nicely serve in a Wizards tribal thematically...
So, you are taxing opponents' spells.
You are playing a bunch of wizards, who tend to help each other counter spells repeatedly and bounce things.
It's a nice combo. Your opponents will have trouble casting multiple cards in a turn, and you can counter the important ones. Guile seems like a nice addition to the deck. Morphs as well. Kheru Spellsnatcher is a good one to have.
I think winning with your opponent's stuff can be a subtheme.
If you don't want to go infinite... what about planeswalkers? You are clogging up the board a lot, and you get a discount on planeswalkers. You should ideally have more time for them to ultimate. Not a lot of them, but you can play the biggest impact ones in those colors.
Wizards tend to be small. Elspeth, Sun's Champion seems good. It can board wipe the opponent's big stuff or it can just win. Tamiyo, the Moon Sage will fit the deck well. Narset, Venser and Jace, Unraveler of Secrets will pretty much win on the spot if they ultimate. Dovin Baan will support the deck well. Don't put all of these, but depending on your build, I would say 3-5 planeswalkers that support your deck well will be worth the trouble.
I don't think Aggro should be your path to victory. Wizards are small and don't buff each other. You really should be combo-ing for the win. If you don't want to, I think you should play up the taxing effect. When I'm being taxed, I hate it when I finally cast a spell and see it countered or bounced.
Slap Diviner's Wand onto a wizard and go to town. There are a million ways to draw cards and make a guy huge. Also, with Sphinx's Revelation or Blue Sun's Zenith or Distant Melody you could easily one shot someone with commander damage if the game goes long.

For example, Polymorphist's Jest may be an interesting aggro option. Laboratory Maniac is another, though I won't be comboing with Mind over Matter.
