So, aggro is not that much used in multiplayer. Dealing 120+ damage is not that easy. I am thinking about making a aggro deck. Under aggro, I mean a lot of creatures, not voltron.
Do you guys have any ideas for generals? Or colors?
Marchesa, the Black Rose is extremely wrath resilient. Can be set up for combo loops or infinite turns as well. Or just turn guys sideways and smash face.

I second, or I guess, third this at this point. She is very strong, has tons of synergies, and just in general is a very resilient aggro commander.
I've been playing Edric, Spymaster of Trest for a long time, and It is the most consistent and brutal aggro deck. It can protect your assets and recovers from board wipes like no other. You also have access to some great counters to stop combo from stealing the game before you aggro the crap out of them.
I don’t think a true aggro deck in the traditional sense is viable but I’ve built some that were similar. Edric, Spymaster of Trest is very creature heavy looking to flood the board early and start looping Time Warps about turn 4. Xenagos, God of Revels is looking to ramp into the commander early then drop either Malignus or an infect creature to one shot someone about turn 4. Uril, the Miststalker is ramping into Uril early then blow up the lands, again about turn 4, though you said you were trying to avoid Voltron. However all these decks would probably be frowned on in a casual setting due to reliance on looping extra turns, infect and mass ld. All decklists are in my signature.
I had Xenagos and it was not really successful. But maybe I will try Marchesa, she looks good. She is in good colors for draw, control and other stuff.
But maybe I should wait for the new C16 cycle, maybe there will be something good for aggro.
I run a Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer deck that runs both tokens and Equipment. this gives the deck options to go wide along with killing with commander damage as well.
I would also put forth most elf commanders as solid aggro options. Ezuri, Renegade Leader in particular protects your key aggressive creatures and lords, and offers an overrun in the command zone to finish things off.

Love me some Jor Kadeen.
I'd also suggest Krenko but I think he's mostly a combo-Commander.
An under valued one would be Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch. If you are looking for a more low to the ground traditional slight RDW style deck, she is a really good option. Her problem really is the late game but if you can build in some decent evasion, proliferate, and reach (like any good RDW should) then she is definitely viable. Sweepers on a stick or one-sided sweepers are really good with her too because it allows you to maintain board presence (Hedron Network, In Garruk's Wake, Deathbringer Regent).

The following link is an invitation to join Pucatrade (card trading service though similar to TCGPLayer). If you follow the link then it awards me with tokens to exchange for actual cards. Thanks! https://pucatrade.com/invite/gift/86097
of course there's many optional methods to a win without going sideways but most of us probably know just how easy it is to die to an army of elementals.
Blue and Black are better than White and Red at aggro I hate to say. You want the draw on a hit and draw on death effects, such as Bident of Thassa or Grim Haruspex.
You generally can't go all in constructed style aggro and just hope you kill them before they can respond, because amongst the 3 opponents and 120 life your going to hit a wipe every time. So your aggro strategies need to have a gameplan for the second half of the game.

EDH RRGrenzo plays your deck, GGYeva's mono green control, WW9-tails trys desperately for monowhite not to suck RWBUTymna and Kraum's saboteur tribal, UWG Kestia's Enchantress Aggro, RUB Jeleva casts big dumb spells, RGB Vaevictis' big critters can kill your critters hard
She's relatively new, and not real well used yet, but I think Adriana, Captain of the Guard is a really solid aggro token commander, that actually scales with the number of other players at the table. Combining her with extra attack steps and damage doublers will get out of control real quick if your opponents don't do something about it.
As mentioned, problem with aggro is that,i multiplayer you need to be resilient, stupid fast, or combo....
On the stupid fast route, you have Eldrazi. You can either go the "Ulamog+all the mana rocks" direction or the "Rakdos+Fast Small Dudes+Eldrazi" route to be able to suddenly spam the crap out of eldrazi. The old eldrazi also work nicely since Annihilator is a stupid broke mechanic that can usually shut down any control deck if they don't have an immediate answer. The other potential stupid fast aggro that is not voltron is Karn, the silver golem. Play lots of mana rocks, spam big things like Spine of Ish Sha and hit them with a 7/7. Or if you want to be cute, hit them with a sword wielding a sword... because why not.
As for the resilient route, you have UB/UG aggro decks. Both generally go for more evasion and get benefits on hit/trigger so you kinda worry less about wraths/draw answers to wraths. You also have decks like Ezuri that can easily make most any creature into a threat so you don't have to worry as much about which creature you draw (he is also a combo machine). UB also has the benefit of potentially being unkillable with Mikaeus+Cauldron of Souls (this combo is always hilarious to me)
Now combo you will have Selvala (the new one) making infinite mana to play big guys, to draw you cards, so you can keep playing big guys...Selvala is fun. You can also go the hilariously stupid route of Marrow Gnawer with Relentless Rats+Thrumming Stone. Put a wall of tutors in there (as in all of them), extra planar lense, cabal coffers, Altar of Dementia, lightning greaves, Blood Artist, and a Ashnod's Altar and you are golden. Make stupid big rats, swing with fear rats, generally win the game. Of that doesnt work, you can call back on Blood Artist and Altar to kill them or Altar of Dementia to kill them

This aint your girlfriends meta! This is a man's meta! TURBO META.
Oh forgot to mention, Vela is actually pretty decent in UB aggro. Use lots of Unblockable/shadow/skulk/fliers to get hits in and use Cards like curiosity,Mask of Riddles, Coastal Piracy, and Bident of thassa to get value and use the Ninjas to get more value and trigger Vela. She also makes many of your dudes very hard to block. And if anyone does try and use removal,Vela Will punish them.

What is best, go mono color? Go 5-colored? Any specific strategy how to win with aggro without going out of fuel and dying to other decks?
I was thinking about following generals:
Iroas, God of Victory
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Aurelia, the Warleader
Gahiji, Honored One
Purphoros, God of the Forge (more burn/token deck than real aggro)
Edric, Spymaster of Trest
Any ideas for good aggro generals?
