Also, something similar to Volatile Chimera that can swap between multiple different creatures outside of its own color somehow would be neat, but that would be difficult to implement (since 'outside of the game' doesn't officially exist in commander) and difficult to balance (Vorinclex, Elsh Norn, Jin Gitaxias, K THX BAI LOL).
As other have already mentioned - cards that prevent/punish EtB and searching. Also a card that prevents your permanents from being bounced seems long overdue. I'd be happy to see any of these effects on legends or otherwise.

A Faith's Reward-esque card tageting any number of players for cards that were bounced to hands that turn. Better to punish the Cyclonic Rift player with all the ETB effects then to prevent the bounce
This one might be a stretch (but I don't think we'll get 5-color precons), but a Legendary that supports superfriends by costing X mana (I didn't think the number) less for each emblem you created.
I'd like to see a creature that has Doubling Season's first ability. Rhys sort of has it, of course, but I'm thinking a mono-green elemental or something that just doubles your tokens. That would be nice.
The list will probably change somewhat before I build it; it's already had a few iterations (like, I used to have Lion's Eye Diamond, but testing showed that it was very rarely useful to me).
Obviously, it has to mulligan hard, which is why Serum Powder is there.
my friends play with the rule "If you have no lands, reveal your hand to prove you have no lands and take a free mull" (And this is after your first free mull) Granted I will probably be exempt from this rule if I build a no land deck as i can always just reveal my hand to show I have no lands until i get the perfect hand (in the realm of infinite possibility I will get what i want when i have an infinite amount of chnaces) So they may change it so i get 2 free mulls (At the cost of having no land second time around) but then I have to draw 6, then 5. etc.
i wanna see 4c PWs. I want urza as a WURG general,
Wouldn't Urza be WUBR?
well, as far as i understood it, when urza was in serra's realm, she removed all black mana from him in some kinda weird machine of serra's. i dont exactly recall if xantcha also had her black essence removed, but i'm under the impression that she's either black, or black and blue. but either way, i think as a character, urza's been through a couple of phases in life, so maybe it'd be possible to have him in different guises.
I hope the legends have open ended, unique abilities that enable new playstyles.
I'm personally still waiting for a legend that has Trait Doctoring as an acitivated ablity, and while it colorpiewise could (and maybe should) be monoblue, something additional to open it up to more colors would be awesome.
And commanders that have abilities of their own that are geared toward multiplayer play: skewed like the way the offerings etc. are.
Good mana fixing to enable 4- 5 color commanders, especially for non-green decks, so you can somewhat reliably play 4-5 color decks without having half your mana base ETB tapped or requiring a second mortgage. Preferably referencing the command zone so it can be more efficient than normal magic would allow without breaking it's price (like command tower). Hell, even something like:
Mana converter1
Artifact
When mana converter comes into play, add one mana of any color to your mana pool. 2: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
would be awesome.

The secret to enjoyable Commander games is not winning first, but losing last.
If my post has no tags, then i posted from my phone.
I have an "Oops All Spells" UBRG list (literally zero lands, not even lands that don't produce mana). I'd love cards that I could fit into that, in particular I'd like to see cantrips/cyclers that don't (necessarily) cost mana (Street Wraith, Gitaxian Probe, etc.) and the completion of the cycle begun by Elvish Spirit Guide and Simian Spirit Guide.
Anyway, for me, it's simple: I want five decks that actually "feel" like all four colors are on-theme. Like, it's no secret "nongreen" will probably be the artifact one, but how does black fit into that? Maybe a creature with "Whenever an artifact is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on CARDNAME." (Could also be green.) "Nonwhite" is probably fatties. "Nonred" is probably the graveyard or enchantress. "Nonblue" is probably tokens. Those are actually a lot easier to do, though "nonred enchantress" would mean more blue cards with "enchantments matter" than exist currently. Not sure what "nonblack" would be.
I also want three new Commanders per deck. This is simply because we always get three Commanders, but it's always two new Commanders (one, the star of the deck, featuring the gimmick of the set) and one old one.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

I still want to see how the commander will work. will it be 2 color casting and then an ability that is 2 different color? Hybrid mana? Maybe double faces with 2 different casting costs. (Letting you play a deck that can still be 2 color only)
s for Non-black i think it will be the auto-pilot deck. no searching, no combos just pay and tap. Full out agression. No really a blue thing, but blue does have merfolk as their aggro tribe. Hmm, maybe the non-blue would be the aggro deck instead. (Green elves, Red goblins, White Soldiers, Black zombies.)
Maybe Non-back will be the artifact deck though. (Artifact needs to be american, then we can add in green to destroy opponent artifacts or black to search for them (demonic tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Etc,))
Green has been doing a bit of artifact love in Kaladesh, and got a little in Scars of Mirrodin. Not much, of course, just like red didn't get much enchantment love in Theros.
I could see green being things like "Algae Gharial for artifacts".

As always, a RW legend that isn't a pile of horrible garbage (c'mon, equipment synergy!) but this probably isn't the time for that. Last year was the time for that, and, well... Depala was so close, if we could just change "vehicle" to "equipment" and "dwarf" to anything other than "dwarf".
Other than that, I'd like legends that make you think more. Fewer legends like kaalia of the vast and more legends like kytheon, hero of akros. Kytheon I think is a great example of commander design that's really open-ended. Do you go tokens so you can flip him easily? Do you go equipment and go voltron off his regular side? Do you run a lot of boardwipes that synergize with his indestructible abilities, will that get in the way of producing enough creatures to flip him? There's really a lot of ways to go with him. Commanders with obvious synergies are fine, but we get a LOT of them, especially in the precons.
Oh, and what I'm hoping to NOT see? Tribal commanders for tribes that aren't viable tribes, like snakes and spiders and werewolves. Also hoping to not see anything that basically requires the entire table targeting the player to keep it under control, like MW, Prossh, Mazirek, etc. These cards are dumb and annoying, wotc. Stop printing them. Some of us want a game to develop for a few turns before someone starts relentlessly hammering the table with stupid nonsense.

That might be a problem. Elvish Spirit Guide was originally green because mana. (Of course, back then, this kind of effect also existed in black and blue.) Simian Spirit Guide is red because it is a ritual, and rituals trade something (in this case, card advantage) for a short-term gain (an additional mana), which is typical for red. (See also Ball Lightning, temporary cloning, impulse drawing, and direct damage itself.)
@elfric: Um, Bitter Ordeal can search all opponents. It's just a variant on storm with "creatures dying" instead of "casting spells". So, just like Tendrils of Agony, Grapeshot, and Brain Freeze, it can hit everyone. (Oddly, I usually think of things like Inexorable Tide, Forgotten Ancient, and Shrine of Burning Rage as "storm variants", while this goes in my "Aristocrats" pile with Blade of the Bloodchief, Blood Artist, and Requiem Angel.)
