Ya know, this used to be a go-to move in an old Legacy deck called Stifle-naught back in the day before it got outclassed. I currently use it in Mimeoplasm, where Trinket Mage can fetch it, Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, or one or two other things.

Its going to come down to the playgroup honestly. If your meta is slower and doesn't wipe the board that often, I would probably test it.
