Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Quite bad on both sides. For token decks I quite like and prefer Dictate of Heliod. I don't think I've ever needed sorcery speed single-creature pump that isn't an aura or equipment, so the fact that it has two modes seems kind of pointless.
Massive Raid is almost strictly better, and still not really that great.
For two more mana (and going down to sorcery speed) you get Burn at the Stake. Sure, your creatures are tapped, but it also does three times as much damage.
This was an ok uncommon in draft, simply because WG both had a bunch of token and the ability to put some large creatures on the field, making both sides relevant, but its trash in edh. There is no reason to run this over Overrun or Dictate of Heliod, and its other mode flat out sucks in edh.

Onering's 4 simple steps that let you solve any problem with Magic's gameplay
Whether its blue players countering your spells, red players burning you out, or combo, if you have a problem with an aspect of Magic's gameplay, you can fix it!
Step 1: Identify the problem. What aspect of Magic don't you like? Step 2: Find out how others deal with the problem. How do players deal with this aspect of the game when they run into it? Step 3: Do what those players do. Step 4: No more problem. Bonus: You are now better at Magic. Enjoy those extra wins!

If the monarch leaves the game without being dealt combat damage (decking out, losing to noncombat damage, Door to Nothingness, etc.), the monarchy is over.
Well, yeah, if a player dies with any annoying/difficult or impossible effect to remove (like an emblem for example) then of course the effect will end. I know what you're saying that in a 4 player multiplayer game that means the other 3 players who aren't the monarch won't have to worry about it being passed around anymore, but at that point with 3 players left hopefully the game would be over soon anyways.
I know this was a few days ago, but just to clarify, this does NOT end the Monarchy:
If people are sick of reading about stuff just stop taking part. You have 100% control over what you read. Simic Ascendancy isn't going to get banned just because you didn't tell someone to shut up on the internet.
Auras that leave something behind or recur always deserve a look over their non-returning counterparts. This is an elegant design, you get 2 power, 2 toughness and flying on board, and the same when the enchanted creature dies. Question is, is it worth 3 mana? I think I'd prefer an Umbra.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Mid-tier card. It does its job, kind of. If you want something without evasion to connect easily, this will do the job, and it does leave a body with evasion behind. Not too shabby,a nd while I have a hard time figuring out a good card to pair it with, it should exist.

I would probably play Aim High in my Saskia Samurai's build (Instants and Toshiro Umezawa play well together, and I got Odric to pass it along to my other samurais if I think I am about to take a gigantic flying assault.
As for Griffin Guide..I don't hate it, I would probably use it in an enchantment deck.
The Heroes/Monsters art is best. I thought about this card for a Radiant deck. You end up with the same number of flyers...but it's not really worth it for just the pump (since the flying is redundant).
Other options for either tokens when the enchanted creature dies OR when the aura comes into play:
Griffin Guide is probably the best overall, though. Decent cost, evasion, pump, replacing creature when it dies with another evasive critter. The others grant different static abilities or create more tokens. Probably depends on the deck.
About the only ones that compete with Griffin Guide are Cartouche and The Investigation, Cartouche is real cheap, and Murder Investigation can make lots of tokens.
I want to love Wasitora, I really do. But she's just not...enough. Her stats aren't bad. 5 flying power with trample for 5 is nothing to sneeze at. The problem is the ability. You want to spam cute kitty dragons but to do that you need to hit a player who is already creatureless. Usually, folks who can sac something tend to not mind as much anyway, depending on their field, so hitting someone who has some ground chumps won't do much either.
So yeah, she just doesn't feel like she does enough to be worth it over any of Jund's other aggressive generals.

It just feels like there are so many hoops to jump through and the pay off is a uniquely cute but not-so-great Cat Dragon Token. For Jund Dragons, there are better generals, for Jund Tokens and Jund Sacrifice there are better as well. She has the market cornered on Jund Cats but I don’t think that’s really a thing.

You know, come and think of it I'm not even sure if there's better generals for Jund Dragons. The other two options are Karrthus and Darigaaz, and I'm REALLY not a fan of using Karrthus as a general due to his insane clone weakness which can completely kill you out of nowhere, and Darigaaz isn't exactly strong either. 1 mana for 1/2 more while losing trample...eh. Wasitora might actually be pretty good for this role.

Wasitoru really needs a way to stop opponents from being able to sacrifice permanents, similar to Sigarda, Host of Herons and Tajuru Preserver. I'm fairly certain something like this does exist, but can't for the life of me put my finger on a name at present.
Otherwise if you can't make that happen, she's just a cute dragon.

Fair enough, given the pool of Karrthus, Prossh, Darigaaz, Vaevectis and Wasitora, none of them exactly scream tribal synergy. Might as well go with the cheapest of the bunch.

I'd 100% run Prossh first for Tribal Jund Dragons even without being explicitly tribal, but at least Wasitora has an advantage in that she is one less to cast. That is mostly because Prossh is so powerful though.
My friend has a Wasitora deck but has yet to play it. I'll come let you know how it does some day but overall yeah, she seems like she is just one hoop too many.

I would love to see an amped up Sigil Blessing at 5 mana. Or even just roughly Engineered Might but with Entwine/Escalate.

There is a place for single-creature pump in EDH, but it's either:
Sorcery-speed temporary boosts are really not something we can do much with.
The other mode is compared to Overwhelming Stampede.
