One of my playgroup's favorite cards (and theme) in our casual cube, but never had the interest to carry it over to Commander (although I suppose it wouldn't be out of the question as a sub-theme of sorts if I get the Cube fixed up for Cube-Commander, but definitely still out for the Constructed ones). Defender just needs too much work to be reliable and I can't even guarantee its efficiency even if I got it up.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
I know it's a sorcery, but Hidden Strings does so much work. If you're using this defensively, Into the Roil or Disperse is usually better. Or Gigadrowse. If you are using it proactively, Hidden Strings is the cheese.
Excellent with Radiate in arcane.dec. Splice onto Reach Through Mists to draw a card for each permanent on the field, tap down opponents, and untap your stuff. Throw in Desperate Ritual for further value.
Yes, but generally speaking, what targeted spell isn't obscene with radiate?
Teferi's Response because of how painfully narrow it is? And that's a stretch.
I mean, counterspells in general. It's not often that there's a bunch of spells on the stack at once. Most of the time when that happens, it's a counterspell war, and a single counter solves whatever problem you have. When there's legitimately a bunch of spells you need to counter, I'd rather play Mindbreak Trap, Time Stop, Flusterstorm, Summary Dismissal, or overload Counterflux instead of counter+radiate.
Y'all don't seem to understand how Radiate works. You can't Radiate a counterspell or Teferi's Response because it doesn't target only a single permanent or player. Spells are neither permanents nor players. Additionally, Radiate isn't great with most targeted removal. Radiate a Chaos Warp? No thanks! It's best with spells that target a single permanent (or artifact, creature, or land) and have you draw one or more cards: Fire // Ice, Twitch, Jolt, Thermal Flux without snow permanents on the field, etc. Psychic Puppetry has potentially about the highest upside because of splice, though it's hard to set up.
As far as tribal legendaries goes, this is one of the strongest ones you can get. Low mana cost and makes all your druids obscenely good at powering out stuff. The problem is that while druids aren't exactly a rare creature type, it's not really one with a LOT of good cards so you're gonna have to improvise a fair bit to get a good list going.

The best part in my opinion is that he effectively gives them haste since there's no T symbol. The worst part, as has been said already, is that there aren't very many great druids like what you can find for elves or goblins. Gilt-Leaf Archdruid is an autoinclude, though.

Need more centaurs! I cannot understand why Wizards is unmotivated in creating more creature types rather than sticking with the most abundant few. Even with Theros, centaurs and minotaurs and some others still fall far behind on the count.
Seton is a mack daddy. One of the better mana ramp commanders out there, especially since he can hit them while they have summoning sickness. Glimpse of Nature + Paradox Engine = Rock out until you land out.
As for Psychic Puppetry, meh? I would run Gigadrowse before it. Maybe in a heavy spirit and arcane tribal deck with Long-Forgotten Gohei.
I've had a Teferi's response sitting in my binder unused for years, hoping one day to cast it. 2 mana instant that can blow up a permanent and draw two cards? 3 for one at 2cmc is so absurd. But it's so narrow.
There's very large overlap in druids and elves. I have long thought about changing my Elfball deck to be Druid ball since it would be easy to do and fairly interesting. I just have too many commanders to have needed such a change of pace yet.
I looked through all possible mono green druids and the biggest problem I could see is that most druids already tap for mana so Seton basically just gives pseudo haste.
Oh, I well understood how Radiate works. Radiate on chaos warp is fun....for me! of course, I am known for causing merriment and mayhem in many game. My best radiate so far was on a scour from existence about 12 turns in.
A surprisingly strong hatebear that shuts down a lot of shenanigans in the format (Fetchlands, altars, among others) but does so symmetrically so it actually becomes worse if you run 'degenerate' stuff yourself. Being an anthem on top of that makes it into a very strong choice, but the symetrical nature and it's awkward mana cost keep it from being amazing at all times.

I like her, but the mana requirement is rough, which decks do people use it in?
I actually just stuck her in my Sigarda brick deck to go with the anti-sac theme Sigarda brings. It is always a fun way to pester opponents by shutting off fetch'lands, necropotence, sakura-tribe elder/viscera seer/etc.
She is a nice combination of hating on a few combos while also being an anthem. A 3/3 flying body is a nice combination of effective at hurting planeswalkers while not appearing overly threatening.
The only issue is the 3x white in her mana cost. Stresses non-primary-white splash decks.
