... I didn't think about that. I guess it pretty much counts as one Séance reanimation, being 1 cheaper. Might try it out for cool points. (Also I have to answer some of the people that have posted in that thread, way too long since I adressed their thoughts.)
Love the art. If it didn't have to tap, I'd see good play options for it. But alas.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
"Disenchant on legs" cards I'd rather play in monowhite:
Devout Witness (I can also put things in the graveyard!) Kor Sanctifiers (It still costs 2WW, but I pay it all at once.) Reliquary Monk (It has to die right away, but in the right deck, I can manage it.)
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Strictly for LisaFrank.deck (Phleddagriff is the commander, obviously)

The Meaning of Life: "M-hmm. Well, it's nothing very special. Uh, try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations"
Onering's 4 simple steps that let you solve any problem with Magic's gameplay
Whether its blue players countering your spells, red players burning you out, or combo, if you have a problem with an aspect of Magic's gameplay, you can fix it!
Step 1: Identify the problem. What aspect of Magic don't you like? Step 2: Find out how others deal with the problem. How do players deal with this aspect of the game when they run into it? Step 3: Do what those players do. Step 4: No more problem. Bonus: You are now better at Magic. Enjoy those extra wins!
But, ironically, her card means that Hans was wrong and she didn't actually die, but was sucked through a time rift and stranded in a post apocalyptic wasteland.

When I saw the thread title, I remembered how much I like the art for this card. Almost a Mirage style art in the good way.
On the board, it's not in Qasali Pridemage's league, but it's still pretty good, and fits in more decks simply because it's mono white. The tap requirement is a downer, but disenchant on a stick is not bad. I wouldn't look down on anyone running it, but there are better options.
While Red is known as the colour of wheels, it only has 6 actual wheels; Wheel of Fortune, Wheel of Fate, Magus of the Wheel, Reforge the Soul, Dragon Mage and this. This is an interesting one; it's effect can be done on instant speed and it's essentially a 5/5 flyer with some kind of flashback. It's also best when thrown into the bin with another Wheel, or maybe another discard effect, giving you later-game value. I use it in my Olivia, Mobilized for War deck where it usually gets pitched to give another dragon haste, sometimes it gets caught in another wheel, and occasionally it chumpblocks something. It's a versatile card.
However, the stats are pretty poor, so don't count on this guy to win the game for you. 6 mana for a wheel is also pretty pricey. So it's not all upside. But I would love to see more cards that pull this kind of effect, it gives creatures a bit of a different approach from the typical ETB: The Gathering effects.

In my experience this card is good in Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The when-binned ability is a serious danger to your opponents whilst you have Nekusar out, so this functionally has removal insurance. It plays a lot like indestructible, as it were...
This card is incredibly spicy because of its flashback-esque effect. Nekusar players can bury him under a heap of better-known cards and then exile him for the deathblow. In 4+-color stuff like Yidris, if you have Leovold out, wheel effects become especially sadistic, and this one is no exception.

You're forgetting Magus of the Wheel. I'm not sure how many decks even want to go that deep on wheels outside of Nekusar.
I like this card a lot despite the large mana investment. I'm still planning on trying it in Jaya at some point, but it's tough to crack Wheel of Fortune, Reforge the Soul, Memory Jar, and assorted other draw/"draw" effects for a permanent spot. I love that mono-red has so many options that I can skip several of them at this point.

Also wouldn't Jaya Ballard especially love this guy? Pitch it to one of your effects, then later on wheel on demand? Sounds good to me.

Are you not counting things like Molten Psyche as a wheel effect because it shuffles rather than discards? I guess there is a difference, but I've always lumped them together (cards out, cards in).
As for the card, I can definitely see it finding use in a few decks that always seem to run out of cards in hand. I still need to find a copy to try in Kaalia.

I think so. My list in particular always loves having an evasive equipment carrier too. The hard part is finding the cut, and I don't pull Jaya out as often as the decks I'm tinkering with most nights. I honestly haven't had a lot of time to play over the last few months either, which makes changes even slower than they usually are.

Whenever I see "Lisa Frank" my brain goes to "Anne Frank" for some reason. What would the commander for an Anne Frank deck be?
Something that dies tragically and is a girl...
But, ironically, her card means that Hans was wrong and she didn't actually die, but was sucked through a time rift and stranded in a post apocalyptic wasteland.
Now, for PDH, it would be Tragic Poet.

I can't decide whether Zebra Unicorn or Wishmonger (the typeline is "Unicorn Monger"!) is the "best" piece of unicorn art.
If we're being serious, it's obviously Adarkar Unicorn.
