Recycle/Null Profusion: Those cards are nuts. I hate the hand limit, but... they can get so crazy!
Breaching Leviathan: This card is pretty fun, and would play it in my mono-blue deck if it wasn't currently a pile of Clones. I think one of the things it really does is underwrite how good a card like Sleep can be.
Sure, Grozoth tutors for it, but you don't get the sick trigger from putting it into play with Quest for Ula's Temple, which is the only reason to play Grozoth in the first place. My personal favorite choice for Commander is Kederekt Leviathan. Always fun to have board resets with buyback (along with Animate Dead and similar)
Another one of those things I wish they'd do more, but probably won't because it adds a lot of keeping track of things to the game. It's an unique card but paying 1RR on sorcery speed for a Lightning Bolt is poor, and 2RRR for the same thing on a conditional base seems very sub-optimal as well.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
If it could be triggered more readily (say, it didn't have the "one or more" clause, and could be played multiple times in a single combat, then there would be more use for it. As is, it's awfully hard to use. I would rather use hammer of bogardan and be done with it. It's expensive, but it is repeatable card advantage.
Why would I use this when Hammer of Bogardan exists? I mean, it's not like I'm going to get a second attack step and have 4RRRRRR left over very often (excluding "infinite attack steps" combos, e.g. blinking Aurelia, the Warleader, where this is kinda winmoar).

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Even if I have my Hellkite Charger/SoFaF combo (substitute the other various pieces of the combo), I'm just going to attack and finish out the game. Not use this card.
I used it in a hyper casual Jeleva burn deck, since it fell in to the catagory of one of the actually playable 40+ burn spells in grixis colors. It was pretty handy with her since I could cast it off of Jeleva, and also pay its re-buy-burn effect after she poked someone for combat damage.
That deck was pretty much garbage designed for a newblit table although, so it was interesting and playable there.
The artwork is very nice in foil (seen @ 10:48 in my ghetto deck video reflecting in a lamp).
Outside of that very extreme deck I hardly think that it is playable. If it were an instant then it may be worth considering in a few casual burn decks.
The design is fun. I would enjoy seeing more effects like that in other colors, maybe with their classic what this color does sort of representation, like a raise dead / divination / disenchant / rampant growth cycle.
The art is awesome. I swear that so much art in cards today is boring group shots, or is a piece of art with no 'weight' to the movement. And so few impactful pieces of art show people using spells.
Seems like it might be a fun card in my Goblin deck. There are (usually) enough to get a few creatures through to take advantage of the recurring graveyard ability.
I've always wanted to play Thunderblade Charge but have yet to find a deck for it. I do play Hammer of Bogardan in my Jaya deck, both because I adore the card and because it's something to pitch to activate Jaya or to Tormenting Voice or whatever. (The interaction with Braid of Fire, as mentioned above, doesn't hurt.)

Can you even cast this twice without multiple combat steps or first strike spacing the hits out? I think once you cast it and it leaves the graveyard, the other triggers won't work for the same card because it changed zones?
Even if it was in a deck full of evasive creatures so I could ensure I got to cast this every turn, spending your turn Volcanic Hammering something doesn't sound like good value to me, even if it doesn't cost me a card every time. I've used Arc Blade to decently good effect though, since you only commit mana to it once.

Yeah, if you targeted the trigger with Strionic Resonator, you'd still only get to cast it once.
Too much mana and work required for 3 damage in a 40-life format...
As creative as this card is, I wished it said " If this card was cast from your graveyard, it deals X damage to target creature or player, where X is damage dealt to that creature or player this turn" instead of plain old Hammer of Bogardan, this way it interacts better with it's own trigger (sure it's whiffing if you only got 1 combat damage through, but the intent of the card is still clear). Then again, Future Sight was the testing grounds of all sort of ideas, so I guess they didn't want to go too far.

Killing people with scissors was the best thing ever in standard...At least until nowadays where we can have cyborg wolves killing people with race cars.
It does come in handy to animate a creature for Voltaic Construct when your other options have been blown up by opponents desperately trying to stop you comboing off. But even there it's a fringe use.

Seems best countered by a pile of rocks.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.

Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.

Or in some metas, you can counter it with Spock.
So does spock beat or get beaten by Scissors Lizard? Scissors Lizard cheats.
