Cute card with some strong possibilities. Hard to find a good deck for it though, but if you want to steal lands, this is one of the better options, to be honest.
Always thought this guy would be a hilarious include in a very durdly/rather casual Brago, King Eternal deck.
Especially awesome with Imprisoned in the Moon. Enchant something nice, swap it with a Basic of yours, then blink the Enchantment again. Rinse and repeat.
This card has a problem in that it yields best results in a wide deck, but decks that want this kind of effect tend to be tall.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
It looks as if it'd be amazing in my instant-sorcery token+pump Wort, the Raidmother deck as I almost always has 5+ creatures out and a way to copy this card, meaning 10 damage for one mana one unblocked creature. I'm unsure whether it can actually make it through though. It just isn't Primal Bellow, but very few cards are... The question is whether you need to overextend in order to make this card work; if you have to, play another card.
Pump spells in EDH are a sad thing for me. I want to have some pump spells to mess with other player's combat steps, yet they almost always make me run out of cards pretty quickly. The one deck where they were actually good was an infect Prime Speaker Zegana deck that I made, but that deck was still pretty terrible
I actually like this for a pump in a wide deck. Just pump whatever gets through, or pump a trampler that would die otherwise.
7/10 It's good for what it does, but still depends on your board state. (But then, what in this format doesn't?)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
For when you RUG deck is ready to go off with kikimite combo, but one guy has a propaganda.
For real though, looks fine for Tana, assuming you aren't partnering her with Ravos (her best partner imho) because 4 color offers too many options. In Naya with Volraths dad this will make her big after she isn't blocked and give you lots of tokens. You want pump spells there because you don't want your dudes big until after blockers are declared so they stay unlockable. This might be one of the biggest available, and maybe the most efficient in the deck.

Onering's 4 simple steps that let you solve any problem with Magic's gameplay
Whether its blue players countering your spells, red players burning you out, or combo, if you have a problem with an aspect of Magic's gameplay, you can fix it!
Step 1: Identify the problem. What aspect of Magic don't you like? Step 2: Find out how others deal with the problem. How do players deal with this aspect of the game when they run into it? Step 3: Do what those players do. Step 4: No more problem. Bonus: You are now better at Magic. Enjoy those extra wins!
Typical case of good in constructed, less so in EDH due to scaling. Does come with Jaya Ballard flavortext so that's a plus.

I have a tendency to squeeze all of the textless cards in to casual decks, which means I've pushed pyroclasm (and volcanic fallout) in to some red-splashed decks.
I also run it in my white-border deck, mainly because there is just not a lot of playable cards that are white-border when you start counting to 99.
I didn't used to think much of this type of card in EDH, but having tried it, I was pleasantly surprised how much work it did. There's actually quite a lot of creatures with toughness 2 or less that see play in this format. It's not an auto include, and I think Anger of the Gods is definitely worth 1 more mana in that role, but it's worth considering,
I've actually used this tons, but not in a traditional sense. I use it in Alesha as a sweeper/sac outlet to close out games when I have Blood artist or Zulaport Cutthroat in play.
A classic cheap sweeper, and available if tokens are popular in your neck of the woods. Pyroclasm is a card that is just brutally efficient when it is good. Sometimes when it's not good it still finds prey, even if its postcombat. It's not something I've run a lot, though I've played enough with Sharding Phoenix to recognize that there are a lot of utility creatures that die to 2 damage. Worth considering. Not quite strong enough to kill a table with Repercussion (the best way to kill a table)
This is good against token decks, and it can be good alongside Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite (obviously as one of the 99) in something like Rith or Saskia. But most of the time if I'm in a token-heavy meta, I'll just run Ratchet Bomb or Consume the Meek.

Seeing this has reminded me that I should play Anger of the Gods in more decks.
I feel like this is good on turn 2, when you can kill a bunch of mana dorks before they start playing bigger threats. I don't like playing cards that are only good on specific turns. This gets much worse as the game goes on.
Maybe it works in a deck that loots a lot. I would consider it in Arjun, The Shifting Flame, actually.
It's not the best cheap red sweeper, but it's a good one. Volcanic Fallout is preferable to run in some situations, though there's also Anger of the Gods, Flamebreak and some other sweepers.
Wishes it was Cyclonic Rift. Still good in aggressive blue-based decks as a way of punching through damage past a wall of defenders, or to initiate a stasis lock.

Unsure if the lady is supposed to be getting tapped or doing the tapping from the look on her face, but the izzet getup matches the keyword so probably the latter.

Her grimace has nothing to do with the spell. She's clearly in constant pain from her gigantic boobs being squashed into that corset all day, and exposing so much sensitive flesh to the litany of fire, lighting, ice, and metal the typical Izzet encounters on a daily basis isn't helping matters.

Fervor got +5/+3, an additional cost of 2R and is now a Cyclops.
It's too pricey for what it does. Though it does trigger all the Naya-Matters stuff, all the Temur stuff and all that, so there's that? But for one mana less, you can have the much better Urabrask the Hidden.

I have a nice foil one. I just wish it had better stats. It would be more justifiable. If you are looking for a budget Urabrask the hidden, I would play Ogre Battledriver.
And if you cast Patriarch's Bidding, you can probably find more Cyclopi to reanimate than Praetors. Though if you're playing Praetor tribal, more power to ya. Ebon Praetor still one of the coolest cards out there.
Though getting him back alongside Opalescence and several other enchantments seems like a big game with Replenish/Open the Vaults.
