A pillow fort & extort. The option of commander damage win and removal, but a happy byproduct of my extort game.
It almost seems silly to not include the soul sisters (Soul Warden & Soul's Attendant in a Karlov build. As far as I can see the most efficient way to get counters on Karlov. Even so, I might have a hard time fitting them in. We will see.
Personally I've seen really cheap cards power up Karlov just as good as some of the staples you listed. Sun droplet and pristine talisman are a couple the surprised me recently.

Pristine Talisman is definitely in. I'm thinking not much ramp, except the following.

Patron of the Kitsune has been a win-con for me. Fun to get him back with Whip of Erebos for a final encore. Path of Bravery's effect isn't as big as Righteous Cause/Patron of the Kitsune as it'll only trigger once even if you attack with 20 creatures, but it does come with a bonus Anthem which should be online most of the time. Orzhov Keyrune is a fun "hidden trigger". People often ignore it. Soulmender, Nip Gwyllion, Hopeful Eidolon and Trained Caracal feel hilarious to sleeve up in EDH, but they actually work in Karlov. True Conviction. "Attack with my 10/10 Karlov...you don't block, you're dead." "Wait, what?" "First strike damage, get counters, and then the second blow." "Welp." Suture Priest sadly is a 2-drop, but definitely good enough to be in here. Hoses infinite-token-makers beautifully. Mother of Runes is always good. With Mom, the Lifelinkers, Serra Ascendant and maybe some other tricks, Ranger of Eos becomes a decent card as well. Spirit Loop has been a good aura for me as well. Returning to hand makes it better than expected.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.

Run Ajani's Mantra over Sun Droplet. Droplet needs damage to gain 1 every upkeep. Mantra just does it for the same CMC. Though Droplet works better in multiplayer.

"I hope to have such a death... lying in triumph atop the broken bodies of those who slew me..."
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
I would think things like souls attendant and other "soul sister" cards would be nice. Gaining life every time anyone cast a creature helps ramp up the counters and really makes things funny with Karlov.
A thing to also consider is the prison type enchantments. Ghostly prison, windborn muse, norms annex, ect. Pretty much lock your opponent down.
And if you REALLY wanna get jiggy, curse of exhaustion helps ensure you can blast every creature you run into. Knowledge pool makes a hard lock as well.

My play group sometimes has multiple Narsets on the table. I'm leaning toward more Magus of the Moat, Peacekeeper effects...to save all attacks. Definitely having curse of exhaustion and rule of law
I would definitely cut Pontiff of Blight. It's too slow and costly, IMO. A few extorters here and there should be fine, but you shouldn't need your entire board to have it. Patron of the Kitsune fills that slot alot better. Each creature that attacks (including other players') nets you 2 more counters on Karlov. Hell, even Karl puts counters on Karl before he even deals damage. Take that, lifelink.
Karlov has white in his identity, so where is Sun Titan? He's a white staple that you can even use to reanimate your commander if you wish to let him die the traditional way.
Also, some alternatives for Sorin Markov (since you aren't using him to his full potential): Ajani Goldmane (+1 is a life trigger, -1 gives Karl and friends a counter, and his ultimate is a potential finisher for lifegain decks) Ajani, Caller of the Pride (+1 gives a counter, -3 is ridiculous. evasion plus finishing power. ultimate is another lifegain finisher. if you have even one of the soul sisters on board, Karl will be massive.) Sorin, Lord of Innistrad (+1 poops out 1/1 lifelinkers which leads to more triggers. doubly so if you run the soul sisters. -2 permanent pump. and his ult is back-breaking game-ending removal and recursion) Elspeth Tirel (+2 is a life trigger, -2 puts some blockers down and gives 3 triggers with a sister, and her ult is a wipe)
Of those, Caller of the Pride is typically the most powerful with his second ability and he is 'Sun Titan-able' with his low cmc.
Of the original cards you were asking about, I currently run Recumbent Bliss and it's been great. It shuts down a creature, gets me a trigger every turn and passes my Sun Titan test (Can you tell I love Sun Titan?). I am considering Honor the Fallen and Tribute to Hunger now though. Instant speed gravehate and removal along with the life triggers should be gravy.
Sun titan is a legit card. He also give you an alternate win con (lock down your enemy and just titan them to death). Also, if most of the cards will be cheap life linker s, soul sisters, or cheap enchantments, titan will give you easy recursion for your whole deck. Add in some black sac for life abilities and you will have so much fun lol

If you have one (or more) of the Soul Sisters, then Benevolent Offering is a great spell to have since it offers both tokens and life gain, and your opponent getting creatures only add to more life, allow you to remove the biggest threat easily. One casting of Benevolent Offering = multiple big creatures exiled.
To a certain degree Righteous Confluence can also be an option for removal, first and third mode both gain you life 3 times, that equate exiling one creature.
Looking for more options similar to the following lists. And whether they are worth putting in.

Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest WUR Voltron Control
Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun WU Unblockable Mirror Trickery
Ra's al Ghul (Sidar Kondo) and Face-Down Ninjas
Brudiclad, Token Engineer
Vaevictis (VV2) the Dire Lantern

No Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots to protect Karl?
