Hey gang! I'm in the process of rebuilding a techy/Good-stuff mono green deck, to tentatively be helmed by Kamahl, Fist of Krosa or Jolrael, Empress of Beasts. I've been evaluating card draw options, and I'd appreciate input on what people think are the best options in green.
There are the "creature matter" cards like Collective Unconscious and Regal Force. I'm running the former in the deck, but outside of mana dorks, I don't plan on swarming too much with the deck, though it will probably draw me an average of 4 cards.
Then there are my two favorite draw cards in green: Life's Legacy, momentous fall. However, since they require sacrifice, i imagine there are times when they're simply not an option given the board state.
There are power/damage matters cards like Soul's Majesty and hunter's insight - these cards just never seemed particularly good to me.
I also just dug up my copy of Recycle - this card feels promising, and I want it to be good in the deck I'm building - fast mana, recycling creatures to gain advantage - but I just don't know how it's track record has fared over-all.
Thoughts?
*I should add that for ethical reasons, i like to avoid planeswalkers.
Card draw in Mono Green is mostly creature dependent. Elemental Bond is bomby, dependant on your deck Shamanic Revelation is really good Greater Good EDH staple
Other idea's would be the artifact route (Mind's Eye being great for rampy green)
Recycle is tricky in mono green, no way to tutor it so you cant rely on it.
If it were me, I'd splash black for some tutors/null profusion to make it a combo deck.
Also remember Library of Leng, Spellbook, Thought Vessel, Reliquary Tower to get rid of the huge drawback. And dont forget the timestamp order, Recycle first!
Then with recycle its all about the Cheap Cantrips! Elvish Visionary being one
Green is definitely behind blue and black in card draw, because it's heavily dependent on creatures. Thankfully green has great creatures, can cast them easily, can make lots of them, and can tutor for them readily.
I tend towards big smashy green critters, so Hunter's Insight and its ilk are my workhorses. They do require timing to do well with, but the ones that don't even require an attack are even better than the ones that do.
All the other options have been stated by others, but if you hope to avoid sacrificing and planeswalkers, you are limiting yourself.
Give Soul's Majesty a shot, because when it works, it WORKS. At least for me.
Cheers!

If in the area, check out Gamers N Geeks and Mini War Games in Mobile, Alabama and Underhill's Games in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
I also play Life from the Loam, but it doesn't belong in every deck. I waffle on Greater Good, because it can be so broken. My advice, I guess, is to play them all.
I'm a big fan of Hunter's Prowess. Not instant speed like Hunter's Insight, but it also gives trample and a sizable boost (essentially +3 cards, before blockers). That fact means you might get them to throw a creature in front of yours to prevent the card draw, so you can use the card for either card advantage (attack someone not likely/able to block) or incentive to throw away a creature. In any case, a big creature + trample means you can probably draw a decent number of cards with it no matter what.
Surprised we got this far without Courser of Kruphix being mentioned. Skullclamp and Evolutionary Leap turn random tokens and dorks into cards. Scrying Sheets is always an option in monocolored decks. Green is good at pulling cards out of the graveyard, so cards like Creeping Renaissance and Restock are also good ways to keep gas in the tank.
Oh, fun trick: Pair Sylvan Library with Alhammarret's Archive. This is normally a trick only blue can do (Brainstorm and Thought Reflection), but now, green can.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

You can also run Abundance with the library and replace all the draws with searches. No life loss.
If people are sick of reading about stuff just stop taking part. You have 100% control over what you read. Simic Ascendancy isn't going to get banned just because you didn't tell someone to shut up on the internet.
The real question is what happens with all three on the battlefield? Abundance works because it is draw replacement, and unless I am mistaken, so is the archive. I believe you can first replace the sylvan library draw with the archives and then replace that one with abundance...that is a lot of selection.

Other cards that fit your categories are Skullmulcher and Garruk, Primal Hunter.
Genesis, Yavimaya Elder, Sylvan Library, and Harmonize are probably more safe bets.
Jalira, Master Polymorphist | Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder | Bosh, Iron Golem | Ezuri, Renegade Leader
Brago, King Eternal | Oona, Queen of the Fae | Wort, Boggart Auntie | Wort, the Raidmother

Shamanic Revelation is essentially strictly better than Collective Unconscious most times. I'd run it in almost all green decks.
Garruk, Primal Hunter is a Soul's Majesty with some other options.

Really interesting card! I may give that a try in Titiania... filtering through five could make my draws excellent in a hurry.

Also, green's Eternal Witness effects are usually substantially better than plain old card draw.
Tower of Fortunes can work for Green with mana ramp.
Pauper: Burn
Modern: Burn
Legacy: Burn
EDH: Marath, Will of the Wild - Ramp/Combo | Anafenza the Foremost - French | Uril, the Miststalker - Voltron | Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury - Goodstuff
Ghost Council of Orzhov - Tokens | Lazav, Dimir Mastermind - Control | Isamaru, Hound of Konda - Tiny Leaders
While I'm not a fan of it, Keen Sense does wonders with Squallmonger.
Elemental Bond and Garruk's Packleader. If you have some anthem effects, this can get lulzy with Words of Wilding.
