As it was brought to our attention, we have expanded some of the available tags for deck lists. In addition to [Casual], [Competitive], and [Budget], we have added the following:

[Theme]
We wanted to add an option for the decks that exist between casual and competitive, but still wanted the meaning to be a bit more generally accepted by the wider community, in addition to tags denoting specific types of decks that may wish to solicit more specific feedback based on it's theme or if it is tribal.
While most Custom Card Creation (even Commander CCC) should remain in the Official Custom Card Creation forums, we recognize that there is value and desire to discuss Commander specific CCC ideas. To that end, we have taken a page from the Cube forums and created an [Official] Print this Wizards (so I can play it in EDH) thread to discuss Commander specific CCC. Custom card discussions should remain specific to that thread.
In an effort to be more inclusive to the EDH community, we are creating a dedicated subforum for Competitive EDH (cEDH). We are also merging the two 1v1 sub forums into one all-encompassing sub. Feyd_ruin has done the heavy lifting and put deck tags on the 1v1 threads where there weren't any before, so hopefully there won't be confusion on whether they are traditional Commander or French Duel Commander.
Im not sure im in the right thread I was looking for help on making my first edh deck.
Also, we have a guide for tags that I find helpful to pass to new users. It can be found here. Figuring out how to do tags can be a little confusing at first but they are very helpful.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I don't know if anyone in a position of authority saw and considered the idea I started discussing across a couple threads, but I'm thinking about a Random Deck of the Week thread. I'm fairly confident there aren't rules broken by the idea, and I kind of just want people to submit lists to get picked out of that pool at random so it isn't something I can't just do myself, but I'm here to give the opportunity to cut me off before I attempt to make another thread that could theoretically stay near the top of the forum perpetually.

That's a great idea. Lemme know what assistance you need, if any.
Its an automation that looks at accounts with low posts due to how bots usually are new accounts. A moderator should be able to mark it as not spam. It was a precaution that was taken out to minimize the impact of bots but now and then it hits low post accounts like yours.
Sorry about that - As ISB said, the forum software has some anti spam protections, and something must have set it off. I've gone in and flagged it as not-spam, so you should be good to go!
And I just have to say - that is one nice looking post!
I need help with something here. Playing a commander game with a friend. Him using Volrarh, the Shapestealer. Me using Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge.... With Jeleva in play he summons Volrath, then enters combat to put a counter in Jeleva. Exits the combat phase without any action goes to the next main phase and activates the ability to copy Jeleva. All this I understand and get. However when becoming the copy he claims that since he spent5 mana on volrath which is now Jeleva, her copied ETB effect takes place and I exile 5 cards from my library. Can someone please explain how this is possible?

In the future, you'll get faster and better answers asking rules questions in the Rulings Forum. Also, remember to use card tags (especially there).
To answer your question briefly - It's not possible.
He can enter combat, Volrath will trigger, and then he does not need to declare any attackers, or anything else. So far so good.
The problem comes in once he copies Jeleva. Volrath is already on the battlefield. In fact, he has to be, in order to use his ability. When he becomes a copy of Jeleva, he is not entering the battlefield - he's already there - he's simply changing attributes. No Enter the Battlefield abilities will trigger.
