If you want to go infinite, Karmic Guide + Reveillark + a bunch of options is one of the easiest ways to go. If Ghave's your general, he also has infinites with practically any two cards. Boonweaver Giant + Pattern of Rebirth can easily go infinite as well. Get the Giant into play, it tutors pattern, sac the Giant to find Karmic Guide bringing the Giant back, bringing the pattern back, sac into Lark, sac Lark to bring back Giant (getting Pattern back) and Guide, Guide grabs Lark, sac Giant for Blood Arist, win.
if you have Karador, Ghost Chieftain in the deck, a Yosei lock is one of my favorite ways to win. lock down their board and beat face. Saffi Eriksdotter makes the lock a lot less mana intensive.
Massacre Wurm entering the battlefield a few times a turn also does some great work.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Another route is Doubling Season, your general, Ashnod's Altar. Infinitely large General, infinite tokens, infinite dying creatures... the above options can win, or you can use a Grave Pact to clear the way and bash with your general.
Nim Deathmantle also pairs super well with Ashnod's Altar. Karmic Guide + Ashen Rider + the two artifacts will allow you to exile everybody's everything. Just try to lose after that. Ashen rider not in your deck? Combo works with Blood Artist et al., Kokusho, the Evening Star, Yosei, the Morning Star (no more untaps, ever again)... even Satyr Wayfinder will win you the game here, because you just mill yourself until you have a better target for Karmic Guide.
The problem with this deck isn't how to win, it's which way of winning is most consistent with your deck. Good luck!
Ghave, Guru of Spores + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed +Kokusho, the Evening Star
Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter

Just stacking Blood Artist effects like Zulaport Enforcer and Falkenrath Noble is a good way to get there incrementally.
Casting Gray Merchant of Asphodel a bunch of times works too.
Avenger of Zendikar is a great army in a can, goes nuts when combined with Craterhoof Behemoth
